Horrible customer service, will not be going back. I am a loyal customer as I live above this location. I never write these types of reviews but after my interaction this morning, I feel like I have no choice.I went to order a “create your own” smoothie on their app and it was going to be a total of $12.51. I remembered that I get a 10% discount due to where I live and was told to call with my order. I called with my order and went to pick it up. When she went to charge me, the price was nearly $14. I reminded her about my 10% discount and she said that included it. I explained the price on the app and she said she was sorry that she couldn’t change the price. So basically had I went ahead and ordered on the app WITHOUT MY DISCOUNT the smoothie would have been $2 cheaper. I told her she was losing a customer and she did not seem to care. Ridiculous and I’ll take my business elsewhere next time

We'd been in meetings all week in Franklin. Our hosts had purchased clean juice twice for our lunch so we were introduced to CJ. We liked it so much we decided on our drive back home to Indiana my wife and I would stop in and buy our supper there. I'd say at least, it very pricey for sandwiches and drinks but I'm guessing it's an organic thing and people don't care because it's "clean" eating. We purchased 3 drinks, 1 shake, 1 bowl, and 1 sandwich. All that shook out to be over $82 plus a small tip. My wife was like it's that correct? Me being the numbers guy I checked real quick and figured it was close. The girls the served us were young and wearing slip on shoes and ragged'y shirts. I don't know if the owners aren't paying them enough or they don't set a precedent with attire. It was obvious they're we're of college age. My suggestion to the owners is set a policy for your employees to dress a little more professional and it'll be a little more appealing to come in. I know this is a kind of long winded experience but from outside looking in and having parents that owned restaurants throughout the country I would be concerned with kids running my shop and them really having the attitude of not caring.Another thing.... had I been a health inspector. The gloves they wear..... two of the girls fled to the back... what they did back in the back with their gloves and then came back and touched the food again is a big no no! That's a big sanitary issue with me.Other than that we didn't get sick. My wife loved her bowl and my sandwich was delish! The 'Recovery' shake I had was phenomenal. And the 'White" drink I had is the best. I'd never drink the 'red' again to beety for me. And my wife loved her "cacao' drink.

They usually put the extra (whatever’s left in the blender after filling the large sized cup) in a cup for me. I called to explain that prior to my mobile order pick up. The employees (specifically the older white man with a beard) acted weird and snooty when I came in, and didn’t address the lack of extra in a cup. I’m confused as to why we’d rather throw the extra away, versus give it to the repeat customer that just paid $17 for a smoothie. I’ll be making my smoothies at home now or going to a different business. Prior to this last visit, everyone else has always been very kind.

The juices are absolutely delicious but the customer service can be improved for sure. I would like to continue going there regularly after my workout. This was one experience when the person charged me extra and didn’t even inform me that I would be paying extra for my juice.Hope they can work on this

Shane gave excellent service and the juice was absolutely delicious as well! Strongly recommend the immunity one juice. Will definitely be back to try more off the menu.

I think they were training someone but it took 3 people TWENTY-FIVE minutes to make two smoothies. They are so nice about it but there was no reason for them to work so painfully slow and inefficient. Very frustrating. They also got one of the smoothie’s order wrong.

Fresh juice. The green juice was fabulous! Great customer service. Conveniently located downtown.

I think this may be different management now from when I've come here before. It didn't seem as calm and professional an environment, and it seemed like the some of the employees may be newer or need more training. I was also given incorrect information for an order I placed on the app even after calling more than once to follow up. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving with no product. I love Clean Juice, so the two stars are for the great menu. After this experience I will go to a different location in the future.
