Waitress was really rude . She rushed me and my friend throughout the whole service and brought the desert that I ordered the same time as the entree, and rushing us to order . When I had a complaint about the Tres leches cake being too dry she rolled her eyes and said ,” okay ! “ in a rude tone and she took it off the bill . The whole service she made us feeling like she was in a rush to go somewhere so we couldn’t even enjoy our food or relax .Now for the food , what is lettuce doing in a guacamole? And the plates were sloppy , the Tres leches cake was like a whole loaf cake on a plate which was also dry . Nope for me
Food was hot and very flavorful. Kelcey the server was very attentive and quick to meet are needs. Ordered burrito meal and cheese enchiladas meal. Would recommend this place for a authentic Mexican meal. Atmosphere and decor feel like old Mexico and unique.
Food was good, the portions for the burritos were larger than expected. Was disappointed in the red chili sauce, it added great flavor but the kick I was looking for wasn't there. I am more disappointed in myself for not going with the green sauce. Next time I'll get the green sauce.
We loved it! My husband and our 2 boys went there for dinner, then family joined us and they were so accommodating to our party and moved us to a bigger table rignt away. The food was delicious! Wish I had taken a picture of it. I had the veggie enchiladas with their Boom Boom sauce. The whole meal was delicious. I really lived their cheese sauce.
Great service & atmosphere, excellent food and drinks!! My first time to ever dine here and would definitely go back!!
Great place to go for a big portion sized meal. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was fresh with big portions. I went in hungry and had to be rolled out feeling like a bowling ball. All positive things to say about the food and service. Would go again without hesitation.
The Nashville Chuys at Opry Mills mall is just mediocre. The Chuys in Birmingham AL at the Summit shopping center bypasses this location with flying colors. Probably wouldn't go back. Super slow service and food just so so.
Guacamole was great. That’s about it. Server was good for the most part. Accept he forgot one kids meal and he had to wait while everyone else had food. The food was terrible. We had a party of 8. Only 1 of us finished their food. We didn’t even take any left overs, it was that bad. So disappointed.
Servers were awesome. Drinks were great...but what happened to the food that we had the last time we were here? This time the food wasn't even close to Chuy's standard. My enchiladas were dried out like a burrito? Table of six with some first timers to impress and they weren't very happy.
Save your money and most importantly, your time. I LOVE the Chuy’s chain but this location offers bad experience after bad experience. As a guide, I typically avoid very low reviews because I don’t want to hurt struggling businesses but this place doesn’t seem to care so I will just provide warning to those of you planning to spend your hard earned money on a tasty dinner out.The service here is AWFUL. It is always slow. The food is almost always cold and pick up or delivery are the same. This is the final in a string of bad experiences at this location. We keep giving it a try because it is closer to our house.Tonight’s experience included a 35 minute wait past our quoted time for carry out. We were told it was the chips that were taking so long. When we got our food home (8 minute drive) it was cold. And not just a little cold- like it came out of the refrigerator… I know that getting the right people in place is tough and if this has been our first bad experience, I would not write this but we have dined in, ordered delivery and eaten in here about 4x and all four times were not good.Choose anywhere else.
