Ridiculously delicious cookies. This is the kind of place you wish existed in your home town to take friends who visit. I’d love to suggest which cookie to get - but they are all good.
These can't be the same cookies I had a few months go. Normally these cookies are the best. Now they appear to be yesterday cookies, for today's price. Crispy, when they are normally soft. I went to both locations, same problem.

Ordered some of these cookies for family in another state. Paid double on shipping to have them sent the 21st priority. They did not ship them until Wednesday night the 22nd, so they didn’t arrive when I had intended, and paid extra for. Have sent multiple emails to them asking for an explanation, and they have yet to respond. I guess they will when I contact the credit card company to file a dispute on the charge. Don’t do business with these people. Non existent customer service, and charges you for something they won’t do.
Didn’t like it, dry, taste old and no chewy at all. Sorry, I know was a gift but you expected to be good, I checked online and is $38.99 the price of this round container cookies. I love cookies but Costco taste 1,000 times better and is affordable, wow I was surprised how bad they tasted, I am wondering maybe was an old badge of cookies that the person gave Us this cookies had them for a long long time in the storage.
Client was very thoughtful to send a box for Christmas. Was appalled by the PROFUSE and WASTEFUL packaging which weighed more than the actual cookies. And it didn't stop with the box, inside the box of cookies was more cardboard and each cookie individually wrapped in plastic. Ugh. Our finite planet is doomed. Christie PLEASE reconsider earth-friendly alternatives!!!
I had seen reviews and "pinned" it to stop by. I am giving 5 star for the amazing cookie, but if it was on service alone it would by 3. The salesclerk did not seem to want to be there, had an attitude. I was buying a fancy box full for my sister and brother in law, I think of at least a dozen. I asked if she had any I could sample but she said no. I thought for buying so many she could give me a piece of one. I ended up having to buy a few more to sample. They are still fresh today and I bought them last Tuesday.
I just experienced the worst display of customer service ever! While standing in line a visitor with a sense of entitlement presumptively asked to cut in front of me in line... because he had a big group (isn't it usually customary for a big group to allow an individual to go first?) After I told him no...that he and his group could wait he went to the person at the register who obliged his request for his group to cut in front of me. Im a Nashville resident...living only a few blocks from Christie's and routinely make tins of Christie's a business gift. Today the gift was.for my nieces and nephew...the message Christie's customer service gave me today was that not only was some random group arriving after me more important than me...but they were more important than my family that I purchasing a bulk order of my own for...Is this the kind of neighbor I should continue to patronize for corporate clients?#Christiespoorcustomerservice #ChristieCookiesPoorCorporateCitizen
