I am never one to write reviews but my experience today here at this establishment was very disappointing to say the least. With half of the restock bar out, it took forever for the workers to prepare our meal, as well as the disorganization and lack of communication among staff- it was clear they did not have a leader or guidelines to follow. Was not asked if I wanted my meal for here to to go, was not asked if I wanted bread or a drink, just to pretty much scan my card and leave. Workers did not seem like they wanted to be there, mumbled when talking making them really hard to understand. We visited on 7/10/2022 at approx 1:30pm.
I enjoy the salads from Chopt, however I will not be ordering or eating at the Green Hills location again. On more than one occasion after getting confirmation (from Copt) and texts about my online order, it was just cancelled. I understand DoorDash plays a part in that, but this last time when I called I found out they had told DoorDash my order went out with someone already when it had not, and was still in the store. It then could not be delivered to me because it had been cancelled, either by them or DoorDash, not sure. The Door Dash delivery person texted and said they took 15 minutes with customer service trying to figure out what happened. When I called the store, the managers were rude and clearly could care less about these types of mistakes, and told me they were busy and had to get off the phone. I did not end up getting food because it would have taken another hour, which I didn't have since I was at work. You can't rely on the food actually getting to you, which seems pretty important for online ordering and delivery, or someone actually caring if it does. I would not rely on Chopt if you want to eat and can't leave to get it.
Ever been to a low key hostile salad bar? Try CHOPT green hills today! Whistling at customers to get their attention, not willing to help out delivery drivers and having an attitude when you point out a mistake made.If you want to try it, come in later than the pickup time or go to a different chopt.
Salad is okay, not worth 13 dollars though. This location needs to be more efficient with online ordering. I ordered one salad for curbside pick up. The pick was 45 minutes after ordering. The salad was not delivered until 12 minutes past the pick up time. I called the store and informed them I had been waiting for five minutes and needed to get back to work- they were dismissive and said “ It’s only a few minutes late we will bring it out soon bye “ And hung up. Salad 3/5 and customer service 1/5
Chopt is a great place to have a salad, warm grain bowl or soup. The salad are chopped and mixed with salad dressing for that perfect bite every time. I got the Choloula chicken salad that included avocado, red onions and pumpkin seeds for crunch. I noticed there were a lot of grain bowls being prepared for to-go orders, that looked fabulous. I look forward to returning and trying them.
First timer enjoy my self at this location .So many salad to select from.
Sometimes this place is a hit or miss. My salads and bowls are typically good. My issue is the attitude of the employees. I have also worked in food service and I understand that we all have bad days but anytime I come in here I’m never greeted, the attitudes make you feel unwanted and uncomfortable. When you ask a question or make a request you’re met with a blank stare and a “what” or “huh”. It’s odd…I’d rather drive out to Brentwood and probably will. It’s not even worth the money when the people are disgruntled and unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, the Chopt at the Franklin is much cleaner efficient and nicer,This Chopt has terrible costumer service unorganized and absolute dirty. Staff are not respectful or at all listening yo how you what your food.I will not recommend this Chopt. But 100% the Franklin store is absolutely stunning!
Super slow if you’re getting it delivered through door dash. Had my driver wait almost an hour! If you’re going to do mobile orders/delivery prioritize them just like walk in orders.
very rude staff. the salads were amazing! but if i am going to pay that much i expect to be treated kindly!
