Legit terrible. Chicken on a stick was alright, but the tsos was soggy, swimming in water, and not even spicy. And they charged me twenty bucks for the privilege.Don't. Eat. Here.Go anywhere else. Every other Chinese spot in Nashville has blown this peanut stand away.
Experience was great. I asked around for whole chicken wings and fried rice spots. Now, I gave 4 stars because everything went well, but the food was nothing special. The wings tasted like regular chicken wings. I preferred mines seasoned after being fried. Nothing to discredit the store for though. The fried rice didn’t have that fried smell or look to it. Seems like it was steamed or something, but the rice was flavorful. I also went within the last hour of them closing too, so you might have a completely different experience if you go earlier. I say try it ??♀️
Love this place and have been visiting for 6+ years. They've never gotten an of my orders wrong and they aren't stingy with anything...including condiments, utensils etc.I highly recommend China King if you're looking for delicious "authentic" Americanized Chinese food.The Egg foo Yong is the best I've found in Nashville so far. Also the crab rangoon, fried rice and egg rolls have always been on point.Multiple times I've talked to folks while waiting for food that have mentioned driving out of their way to get food from here.If you're looking for something fancy or gourmet I'd say skip it. But if you're looking for the best Chinese from a family owned neighborhood restaurant this is your place.
Food is always nice and hot. I have never had a problem with the new owners. They always fix whatever is wrong which doesn't happen often at all. Food always has a great taste.
Absolutely no nonsense Chinese food to go. You order and pick it up. No seating available to dine right now-just a few seats to wait for your order to be ready. We ordered and in 10 minutes it was ready. A lot of places use plastic trays for the takeout condiments but often they look dingy-here they use the cardboard box the packs came in. Like I said: no nonsense! Good food at a good price.
Ive always ordered my take out here. Its been quite a while! I actually moved 15 min away. Was able to grab while in the area before going back home. Ive always had great service and great food.
This place is the real deal. I literally drive 28 minutes each way to get my fix. The egg rolls are great and the lo mein noodles are too!-- Ross Senack
Ordered from door dash. They didn't include ANY silverware for a large order of noodles. The hotel I'm staying at doesn't have silverware because hotels don't serve breakfast anymore. Literally had to eat it with my hands.

Was honestly very surprised by my experience with this lil spot! - Moo goo gai pan lunch special had plentiful fresh vegetables and prepared with just the right amount of sauce! Not a huge fan of Chinese food chicken,, but theirs was decent quality..Could tell they place great value in their food preparation.
