The best take out Chinese restaurant of the area. I've been eating here since early 2001, and same family are still working it today.Hunan Chicken with Crab Rangoon and a side of Wonton soup will set you right for about 2 nights. You can dine in or take out, and they blow any other generic "Chinese" restaurant out of the wata.
Everything was fresh and delicious. Hands down the best crab Rangoons I've ever eaten and you could tell they were hand made. I will be regular customer.
Awesome Chinese food at great prices and good selections. Many places I have been quality have been sub-par but they are definitely good to have near us. I wish they have some Cantonese styled foods like those in Atlanta or New York City Chinatown style but it is good enough! We had the sezchuan beef and a hot vegetable with pork and beef plate. Yummy!

I have been coming here since I was a child. It is the best Chinese food I’ve eaten anywhere. There are no bells or whistles to this Gem just great food and the sweetest staff. The prices are fantastic for what all they give you. Everything is always super fresh. Thank you for feeding our family for so many years.
I have been eating at China cottage for at least 20 years and have never had a bad meal or experience!! Friendliest staff, hostess and literally the best food!! The lettuce wraps are amazing and their crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had. The food is always fresh and hot. Highly recommend the General Tso's chicken, the szechuan beef and the sweet and sour chicken but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!!
I drive from Clarksville to Nashville to get Chinese from this wonderful little gem hidden in rivergate. I have never ordered anything from here I didn't love. But my favorite is the Mongolian Beef w white rice, wonton soup and spring roll. Warning the staff speaks very little English... soooo you know it really good. Bring your fat pant!
Great hot spot for a good Asian Sunday brunch. The flavorful homemade wonton dumpling was hot and freshly made. The eggplant tofu hotpot was the best. Almost tastes like mine except sauce tasted a bit orange which I’m not a fan of. The Szechuan beef with steamed rice was very fresh minus the onions for all. Green tea was perfect and the service by Gina was very accommodating. I have heard of this place for years. I’ll go back for the specially prepared duck next time.
