We are from out of town and we chose to dine at Chilli's? tennessee Opryland mall location,our service from lucus was amazing! even when the restaurant got busy he was patient and went above and beyond. He had atleast 6-7 tables and his multitasking skills were impeccable our drinks did not go unfilled and food was hot and fresh.He is the epitome of what great service should be.?
It's a Chili's. You can expect the usual experience, it's not the greatest but it's good consistent food. The price to meal is solid. Service was great, highly attentive and not pushy.
I had a wonderful time. A table was quickly cleaned for me. My waiter Charles was excellent. Our food arrived at the table quickly and was warm and delicious.
Chili's Grill & Bar at Opry Mills in Nashville is a well managed Chili's location that is consistent in their quality and has delicious food. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything you need for the best meal.
I went to Chili's on May 2nd to buy bone in wings for my son even it took over 30 minutes to get my order staff was not friendly also the food was ready but not noticed by the staff until I asked and when I got them they was already cold so throw them in the trash and spoke with restaurant manager and he stated that since i received the food cold and I throw it away he will refund the full amount I have paid which was $12.66. He said I should see the refund in my card within 48 hours so I waited but nothing was refunded to the card so I called back but the manager I spoke i forgot his name with was off that day so I spoke with a different manager so had to tell what happened from the start then she said send her a picture of the paper copy that I purchased the wings which I did send to her and she said that I should receive the refund within 5-7 business days so I waited and still haven't received anything so I called back and I spoke with a 3rd different manager which had to say the full story seem no one know or on the same page. This time the manager said there was no refund was put back so none of the managers I spoke with did anything and she said she put it in and I should wait few more days but till now I haven't received anything so how a refund takes close to 1 month.
Food was great and just like the rest of the world they are short staffed so it’s not there fault customer service was good no complaints be blessed
Great location and amazing service in spite of a staffing shortage when we went. Food and drinks came out fast, even with limited staff working the floor. As usual, the food and drinks were awesome! Definitely still worth a visit!
The place is disgusting, they touch your food with their bare hands and the kitchen is disgusting along with the silverware they give you, nothing about the place is clean and I know that for a fact. I wouldn’t waste money nor time here the place is very unhygienic and I’d be careful if you want something to eat, they don’t use gloves and don’t care about touching your food with their bare hands. The place is poorly ran, and staff is rude including the manager alesha and bre. Walker was also very unhygienic with wiping his sweat with his hands then touching the food. Eat somewhere else if you don’t want to catch anything!
We had three adults and one toddler and it was a great experience! Tiffany was our server and she was super attentive! The hostess also did a great job! Thanks for a wonderful time and the best chicken and waffles!
Had great service and great food!! The Ribeye steak dinner was fantastic. I compared to my own cooking on the grill! Was here visiting Nashville as we don't have a Chili's where we live.
