Parking was very scary, not secure at all. When my wife went inside, he and my son were ignore, the so call hostess saw them, then walk away to the kitchen, later came back and went by then and ignored them again, didn't even acknowledge they were there, the rest of the employees just took a quick look and ignore them too. The place was dirty and smelling, we'r did not stay there, we looked for another Chillies and drove 12 minutes instead. Will not recommend this spot. Has ZERO FOR ALL.
There for the service only because they were short staffed and most of the staff seemed to be new and not yet trained completely.The bartender, Sydney, is awesome. She gets a 10 all by herself. She's very friendly and an awesome bartender.I visited the Chili's on West End Ave and I will go again. Great food, although the salad for the price was skimpy.
Ate a late lunch here. Food was great and the staff was amazing. The waitress was very attentive, great personality, and lots of laughs. Highly recommend this place.
Could not get seated. 4 adults and 1 child. Bartender said we could split up. There was 3 or 4 other tables with 6 to 8 people. Just left didn't stay. Very disappointed ?
I was on a little weekend trip with my fiancé and her family. We met the best bartender K.J I’m using initials for privacy respect but we had the best time and experience! He was a nice young man and I just wanted to give him a shout out!! I tried to find him on social media; with no luck :( I hope you see this man!! You rock ?
This is the best Chili's I've been to and I've been to a lot. I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad and it was amazing. The chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, a really good balance with the citrus balsamic dressing that was a-ma-ZING. To top the night off our waitress was a pro. Good job ladies and gentlemen ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't wait to go back
This is the best Chili's, ngl. The people working there are so sweet and the whole place has such a great vibe. I love Chili's in general as well, and would always recommend getting the $25 deal. You get and appetizer, 2 WHOLE MEALS, AND a dessert. It's amazing, and I love going here when I want to eat out but not spend too much.
We had a great dinner experience at this Chili's location. The food was very good with large portions. The staff was short-handed but our server was fantastic! She had a wonderful attitude and was very attentive to our group. The staff members even pitched in from other areas to help (Denzel from the kitchen area was especially helpful and kind!). I recommend this Chili's location!
Sat in the bar area. Ordered drinks and they took a little while to get to the table which wasn't a big issue. Ordered sweet tea but they have me unsweeet as well as my friend. Waiter went to correct the issue. We ordered 2 for $25 which comes with a starter/appetizer, entre, and dessert. We chose the salad for a starter and also ordered wings for a starter. A huge salad arrives which is way bigger than it usually is but again that wasn't an issue. Get my utensils out for the salad and my fork was dirty! It had dry food stuck to it. The waiter offered me plastic silverware so I used that. I get ready to sip the new cup of sweet tea and I noticed the cup is also dirty with yet another piece of food stuck to it! I asked the waiter for a to go cup to use instead. So 5 mins after the salad arrived the main course is arriving to the table. It was literally like 3shreds of chicken chopped up on the Alfredo pasta. Not only did we not have enough time to eat the salad before our main course but the wings that were also an appetizer came out mins after the meal! Asked to speak to a manager but was told it would be a while so I said I'd wait. He came out and wasn't helpful at all so yeah I just take this as a lesson learned. Don't go to this Chili's
The hostess looked at my like I was crazy when I walked in. She did not say hi or how are you doing. After that akward welcome I was seated at the bar area. The table was dirty and sticky. The server got the drink order right away. I got my beer right away. After that I did not exist. Two different servers walked by 3 times. The servers talked to the other customers in the section. No one said anything to me. The place was not that busy. I paid for my beer and left. I understand people have bad days. The folks I encountered may have been having one. I should have paid attention to the bunch of other bad reviews. ?
