I honestly dont even know how this location is allowed to stay open. The people that actually do work there are NICE but workers are few and far between. It's not just since covid, either. We've gone once or twice each year over the past four years or so, and they always only have one or two waiters, the waits are extremely long with an empty building. We've had to get food to go even after being there way in advance because we were going to miss a movie, etc. It is a constant problem . Hope something changes .

I am not even the person to complain bc I know every one has off days. This is the 3rd time I've gotten subpar food from this Chili's location though. So it's more of an environment of suckiness at this Chili's.I don't even want to call or go back up there bc "2nd time shame on me" and it makes me feel like a Karen. It's ridiculous though. There is literally no chicken or beans in my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the chicken crispers were old. Both meals were cold. On the brightside my dogs loved it!Go inside and eat or stay away from here. Carbide is very disappointing.

Hit or miss...We ate here two weeks ago after not being able to get into Cafe Coco (hour's wait), and the experience was a positive one.The only snag was having to wait a few minutes to be seated-there was no greeter, and we were seated by a fellow who ended up being our server, Josh.He was very friendly, attentive and helpful, and unfortunately, he seemed to be very overworked as did just about everyone else in the restaurant.Hot, fresh chips arrived immediately, and once our dinner was delivered, Josh popped in to check on us frequently to make sure all was well. The food was excellent-I had the smokehouse sampler, and it was fantastic-I was impressed by the experience, and couldn't wait to come back the following Saturday.....fast forward to 30th April....We returned to be greeted by a half-hour's wait-luckily, this time, there was a greeter and more servers, so we waited the appropriate amount of time and were seated, unfortunately not in Josh's section. Our new server, Jay, seemed to be friendly and talkative, but he hardly checked on us during our dinner-no chips and salsa were delivered so I asked about them, and he said "they are available on request or if you're a rewards member." The other tables in our section received chips and salsa no questions asked, and one table who was seated after us was served before us. Not happy. The food arrived quickly, and everyone at the table said it wasn't nearly as good as last time. I had the ancho salmon, and although the salmon was tasty, the broccoli had no seasoning, no butter, no salt, and the rice was terrible-crunchy, dry, lukewarm and inedible.I was going to ask for some butter or something for my veggies, but our server bypassed our table several times to attend to other patrons.I can't help but think there was some discrimination at play here.Luckily, Josh happened to be working the section next to ours, so we snagged him for help-good thing, because he recognised us from the first visit and did all he could to rectify the situation. He refilled our drinks, brought our dessert, and was overall a ray of sunshine. So, it's hit or miss.Hopefully you'll go on a day when the "good cooks" are working, and you get a good server.TL;DRAsk for Josh, and hope you're there on a day with the "good cooks".

This evening was the second time in three months that my carry out order was incorrect. We’ve occasionally ordered food from this Chili’s location for the past four years. At one time their service and food was very good. I ordered TWO bowls of loaded potato soup, a side Caesar salad, and chicken crispers meal with broccoli and corn on the cob for my daughter and I. I get home and find there’s ONE bowl of loaded potato soup and ONE bowl of chicken enchilada soup! How do you confuse two bowls of loaded potato soup? Then my daughter bit into her corn on the cob and it was COLD. We live 15 minutes from the restaurant and I arrived early to pick it the order. I wonder how long that cob of corn had been sitting out. I’m done with Chili’s.

The only person taking orders, tending bar, bussing tables at times was a man named Jay. He was awesome! He was candid about the situation and announced several times that he was the only one taking orders and just to call out his name and he would help as soon as possible. Thank you to Jay for his hard work and helping my daughter and my granddaughters have a lovely lunch. ?❤

They were out of several times, but they had a sign posted out front so we knew this information before we entered the restaurant. The hostess was very nice. Our server was very attentive. The speed of service was good. We were very pleased.

Great food. The waitress was so friendly. The atmosphere was Mellow. Very affordable food for what you pay for it. Read. And a great variety to choose from from.

This place barely satisfies my need for nutritional substance. The host is an absolute dunce. The servers have a combined 3/4 of a brain cell. This place wouldn’t survive without the bartender cracked out on pixie stix and nicotine patches. God is not present in this Chili’s… that’s for sure! No experience here is a good one, but the margs are a great place to start if you want to get absolutely blacked out on Broadway immediately following your hell like Chili’s experience.

This location won't allow you to order online which is inconvenient because calling there trying to get ahold of someone is not very easy. We ordered a tripple dipper and queso. The queso honestly takes like a hamburger helper and the appetizer was dry and made us sick. This location went downhill :(

Good service. Food was ok. Queso dip was just bad chili with cheese in it.
