This Review is a Negative 3.The restaurant of Chili's here said they can't help any customers for more than 30 minutes because the kitchen is backed up.There's 8 cars in the lot. Maybe at most 9 customers. The host said a review is fine with him. Here's pictures to back up what I'm saying. I planned on Spending near $200.00 with other people in my party.Chili's get your act together !
Came in for dinner around 5:15pm on a Saturday. There was no one else waiting but it was a 5 min wait for 4 after doing the join ahead list- not bad at all just odd. Restaurant was at about 20% capacity. Our server was amazing! Food was great, hot and fast. This review is for the hostess. We sat near the front door and saw her tell two different parties of 3 people it was going to be a log enough to wait for them to literally turn around and walk out the door. The two tables behind us were open and freshly cleaned. We saw her make multiple other parties wait for no apparent reason. If this was her business and revenue mattered on how she treated customers I think it would be very different. Many lost customers when there was plenty of room and service available. Hoping management can see this and address.
Me and My Friend went in for a Late Lunch and We started out with the Beef Nachos with Chips, Salsa and Guacamole the Chips and stuff was apart of the $10.99 Deal, and She got the Cajun Chicken Pasta Dish with Blackberry Tea and I got the 6oz Sirloin with two of Their LoDed Mashed Potatoes which were Outstanding. Service was Great and was Stuffed going Out with Both having Leftovers. We Love this Chilli's!
How long do you have to wait to get your food. How are you going to tell a customer. We are waiting for your pasta and that everything else is done. So then bring out what is done. 5 min later and everything comes out. But how is everything warm and the pasta that’s was not done. Cold it should be hot. Will not come back. And now one else should wast their time here. Actually just shut this place down would save everyone a headache. Just horrible.
Horribly under staffed, a quick afternoon lunch turned into a three hour ordeal. They only seat in the bar area, not enough wait staff to service the entire floor. The orders came out wrong and incomplete, appetizers were left off and came after the meal. Drinks were not refilled, I realize it is hard to get people to work, but this location should be closed if it cannot be staffed properly. Sad to see this place go from “awesome” to “horrible disappointment”. Can’t blame the staff at all, they are trying, the management here needs to change.
I understand being short staffed, I work in a restaurant but you should hold a wait time accordingly. One server should have 6,7,8 tables at a time. Drink sat empty the whole time. Took forever for food. Server was amazing just busy, which shouldn’t be the case. If you have one server start a long wait. There’s gotta be a reason people don’t work here, they have been short staffed forever
So horrible!!! After logging in letting them know I was there...Someone came out asked me my name and it was 29 minutes I finally went in my food was REFRIGERATOR cold so just sat sitting there the entire time! Wish I hadn't of tipped at all.. then the chip bag and silverware bag was so sticky and nasty so I took to my out side trash to throw away... nasty... I haven't been to Chili's in years and I have no plans of returning.
It was very cold in the building. We was seated then asked to move then seated in an even more drafty area. No chips or salsa served the soup was delicious but no chips or crackers. The chicken burger was good and the waitress ok. It will be awhile before I go back
The guy that works to go always rarely comes outside to see what order’s he needs to bring out. Ive had to go inside several times to pick up my order off the rack. I dont mind going inside to get my food, just dont say that someone will be out to help if they actually wont. This is a waste of time. Not sure what his name is but he always blames the kitchen and complains about his coworkers to customers. Every time i have come in to get the order, he is just chatting with coworkers. If you dont like helping people, dont work in the service industry. Wont be coming back.
