Placing my order in drive-through was quick and easy, and the man who took my order was efficient and knowledgable about the choices.I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches with extra pickles on both, and lots of mayo. The sandwiches I got had exactly 1 extra pickle chip each (in addition to the 2 that are standard), and I got 2 packets of mayo.I also apparently got part of someone else's order - there was a third sandwich and, inexplicably, 3 small cups of ranch dressing, but by the time I realized it, the store was closed.They did get the mac and cheese, waffle fries, and drink right.
Ordered thru app, it did not offer curbside delivery but was set up for that feature. Drive thru was backed up, it did moved quickly. Not so much of "my pleasure" going on...was excited to get a "spoon" for my ice cream. Fries and chicken nuggets could have cooked a little longer, seemed wiggley and not real hot.
Went inside to order, as usual they were busy. Nothing uncommon about that. They were quick to take my order and my food was prepared and come out in very respectful time.I had the grilled chicken sandwich with the waffle potato fries, my wife had 12ct chicken bites and the waffle potato fries. I also got the lemonade/sweet tea drink (don't remember the actual name).Great food and great people!
Slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. Takes 25-30 minutes every visit. Food is good, inside is clean, and even the staff is very nice. However, the wait kills all the positives. We come here for fast food so we need it fast.
The line was pretty much out of the parking lot when I arrived but it only took around 10 minutes, maybe a little more, to get my food. Avenlea took my order and she was super friendly and kind. Food wasdelicious as always. Love this location.
workers were nice and helpful. did not have to wait long for my food. unfortunately the food did not look or hold together well. still taste good though
I used to go to this location all the time for breakfast, but the past two times I’ve gone it took over 30 minutes to go through the drive through. Both times made me late for work. And they trap you in so you can’t get out. If you are going to trap people in the drive through you better get through quick. Very disappointed in this location as it is not up to the Chik-fil-a standard. I would give 1 star but the food is still good
Slowest chic FIL a in the state.I love Chick-fil-A, it's my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location is hands down the slowest I've ever seen, and it's been that way ever since they opened.I ordered a 30 piece chicken nugget at 10:19am. I am waiting on my order and little to no orders are being pushed out. No one is saying anything to us and several members behind the counter aimlessly walk around with nothing to do, there is clearly a problem with the kitchen. After 20 minutes since my order was placed I finally said something out of frustration. The team member apologized and someone went to the back and reappeared with the manager, Chris. Chris was very nice and I expressed my confusion about how a single order of chicken nuggets could take 20 minutes and no one was saying anything to us. He apologized and immediately refunded my order and I left with no food after 20 minutes. My order was refunded at 10:39am.I live in Bellevue and I could literally drive all the way to the Charlotte Pike location and get my food faster than going to this location.Great food, worst service in the state.
This location is so slow. I've come here numerous times and every time you wait in line for 20 minutes or more. Why only 1 lane open? It's chick fil a!! ?♀️UPDATE: I tried this chick fil a again to give it another chance and I'm so sad I did. Please see picture attached. Can someone please explain where the chicken is???♀️
I hope this is the one that employees "Brian". Brian is the most pleasant worker that I have ever encountered in a fast food establishment. You are lucky to have such an upbeat, dedicated employee. He was entertainment to us considering it was our first visit! The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful. Keep up the great work! I hope to be able to get by again!
