Normally I have a great time. But today the server "Angel" stuck an attitude in the normally flawless reputation. Not only did he rush through my order. He got my name wrong and when I tried to help him with it. He seemed to get more upset and sniped my order back at me then dismissed Mr like I wasn't worth his time. Like I said - not the typical experience. I think Chick-fil-A can do better.
Just had a terrible experience just when i felt like this Chick-fil-A was getting better i seen something very ignorant today i had ordered a seasonal peach ? Milkshake and it was raining ? outside instead of the employee standing inside the door then hand it to she decided to stand outside in the rain and hand me a rainy milkshake common sense should have kicked in and it was not even that busy that’s the bad thing about it all atleast if you was gonna stand outside give me a milkshake with a closed Lid instead of a open Lid it was numerous of ways to handle the situation better hopefully you all take this review into consideration and train yourselves to the best of your ability
The people and the food
This Chick-fil-A has great food and service, but it is always SO busy! I have to be really craving their chicken sandwich to deal with the traffic and parking headache at this location.
Very fast, they are well prepared to handle a busy moment.
Ordered 8 meals for my employees. Asked for 3 sauces per sack but they would not give me more than a 1 pack of sauce even though I insist on paying for them. Something I don’t expect from Chick-fil-A
It was an ok visit. When I tried what was suppose to be sweet tea it was not good or sweet. I am disappointed because I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil-A.
I normally don't write bad reviews but I come here a lot and they don't pay attention when they take orders. I am lactose intolerant and ask for no cheese every time but they keep getting it wrong.They are too concerned about their delivery time and don't focus on quality.Maybe they need to rethink their system?? Yes!!!
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A ,THAT I'VE EATEN AT! I HONESTLY DREAD GOING TO THIS LOCATION, AND IT NEVER FAILS,THAT WHEN I GO THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE,THINKING THAT IF I GO ON A DIFFERENT DAY IT'LL BE BETTER.(NOT)! I'M A CHICK-FIL-A FANACTIC,AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED. SO I'LL JUST KEEP GOING TO THE OTHER LOCATION FOR BETTER QUALITY OF FOOD??
So grateful. they actually had people taking orders instead of having to talk over the intercom. (The young man was so nice and patient.) With my voice disorder it's impossible to order food that way. Drove around and realized store was actually opened to go in now so finally I was able to eat here again on occasion.
