The food was excellent, but the service might have been improved. I've never seen a Chick-fil-A counter with so many employees. More wasn't necessarily better. Regardless of the number of people in queue, just one staff was taking orders. The remainder were loitering around, obstructing the personnel who were delivering food to the clients.
Chick-fil-A typically provides excellent service, but today you outdid yourself! Your employees are quite polite, and you should be very pleased of them. The food was fantastic as usual!
Service was good. It wasn't fast, but I don't expect it to be because I don't co sider Chic-Fil-A fast food?The only issue was the mean up-&-down look one of the employees kept giving us all who were waiting as if we were offending her for some unspoken reason. (I believe her name tag read 'Ayona' or 'Ayola').Nevertheless, that will not deter me from revisiting?
Today, I had an Uber Eats order, I was told it would 15 to 20 minutes. I noticed a Uber eats or door driver waited longer than people coming in making orders. Finally, I'm next to last because I'm patient, I stand at the pick up your order, apparently its been there the whole time I'm waiting. Drop-off the order, the front desk clerk advised me to leave it with her because my customer left! Unbelievable!
If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter who is severely allergic to dairy was told she could not get a wrap without cheese because they don’t do “special requests”. They said they’d “let it slide” this time, but she would get cheese in the future. She would go into anaphylactic shock if she ate cheese. She was told this by a team leader. I am disgusted at how poor the service - don’t go here if you have an allergy. Actually don’t go here at all.
I always have great service at Chick-fil-A but today, you topped every other experience! Your staff is very courteous and you should be very proud of them. As always the food was amazing!
This chick-fil-a is terrible. I had a worst nightmare experience here. My food wasn’t edible to eat. I made a complaint through the website. They contacted me back and didn’t offer to fix it. I’ll be contacting Corporate. I’ll never support this location again.
Very frustrating experience at this Chick-fil-A - I placed an online order to be picked up, unfortunately arriving a couple minutes after breakfast had ended. I called the restaurant and was told that they were “out of everything” and the order had not been made at all. A call or perhaps not allowing any more online orders would have been nice before I wasted 30 minutes of my morning.

Only one employee was taking orders, regardless of how many people were in line. The rest were milling about and getting in the way of the employees who were taking food out to the customers.
