I just did the curbside pickup and while delivering my order, the guy accidentally dropped my large lemonade on me and my car interior - but hey, I get it, accidents happen. I would, however, expect for CFA to at least reimburse the cost of getting my car cleaned out. I literally have sticky lemonade all over my carpet, my phone, car infotainment system, all in my ventilated seat, literally everywhere. But glad to know the managers there care so much about their customers. Pics after cleaning up as much as I could with the complimentary napkins they provided.
Went through the drive thru for breakfast this morning and waited for what seemed like ages despite a pretty short line. The chicken I got was dried out mostly breading, the hashbrowns were cold and soggy. I dont recommend this location for breakfast at least.
Second visit to this location. Both times order WRONG!! Will not go back. How hard is it for them to get chx sandwich not fried!! Out of my way, but next time I'll go to Charlotte or Rivergate location. They always get order ✅
Display was absolutely a great place to go eat the lady outside that was taking our order was very helpful we had a long trailer on the back of our truck so she had us pull over to the side and come over there and took out water and brought our food out to us Very very lovely people. And food was hot and fabulous.

Great food, pleasant order takers, cops love this place and we felt very safe, it's clean and orderly; what's not to like about that!
Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru at 6:30pm and ordered. Everything tastes like it was cooked in old oil and the fries were so soggy that they felt wet to the touch. This location is the absolute WORST location in Nashville. Don’t come here.
Great and efficient service as always. Fresh waffle fries and chicken sandwich. Despite plenty of vehicles in the drive thru, we were served quickly.
Not as bad as when it first opened, but the service is slower than what you expect from Chik Fil A.
