ALWAYS great service and food. I will wait in line any day of the week at this place because its never disappointing and if something is wrong they immediately acknowledge it and fix it to the customer satisfaction. My granddaughter has a 4.0 GPA and I told her that she has to work at Chic fil la at some point to learn great customer service before she begin her career.
This place is really busy during lunch which I understand but they have three tables closed for just employees only. I don’t understand because they have a closed section across the isle that has tables and not being used. Also they have a closed playground with tables not being used. They explain. If you ask why some items are so expensive and they start telling you how high gas is and how high prices are in New York. Who cares about New York. We’re not in New York. They took 3 years to open the inside and this how you welcome customers back and now I understand why chick fil a employees are getting talked down to them, beat up and now getting shot.

I went to this location early Saturday and the stated they aren’t open until 10:30am. After waiting until then in the cold the came out around 10:30am and said they’re loby is closed to public. No where posted on any door. After I asked if I could place a order for having to wait so long outside they told me no and the owner came out and said I have to leave. When I asked for his name he called me a jerk and continued to threaten me saying he was the owner. Completely unprofessional and rude will probably never eat here again.
Non relatable, line waiting as per norm. When picking up order must wait for line autos to allow you to get in line. Service was smooth, no window waiting, order was ready and accurate plus hot!
I would have given 5 stars had I been able to place my order on the app. The drive thru is open at 6 am but on the app it shows that the store doesn't open until 6:30 am. I asked an employee if they had changed their hours and she said "No, that is just what time we open the dining room."Previously, up until a couple of weeks ago it seems, the opening hours on the app were 6 am. Well, because they now have the opening hours on the app as 6:30 am, the app shows that the store is closed at 6 am (which, again, the drive thru is open at 6 am) so you can't place a mobile order until 6:30 am. Which for me, is too late as I have to be at work in downtown Nashville by 7 am. If the drive thru is open at 6 am, then this location should update their hours on the app to reflect that so that mobile orders can be placed at 6 am. Until then, I guess I am getting breakfast elsewhere.
Went through drive-through did a mobile order they were on top of it as always never had a complaint with Chick-fil-A.
everytime I come they're super busy, which is great, but ordering through the app cuts down on wait time tremendously. they're still pretty quick considering the volume of customers. everyone is always so nice too! love this place. go team!!
Best customer service and food hands down. I’ll pass one chick fil a for this one. I prefer the folks and the food here. Always friendly smiling faces. Very much like family!
Never disappointed. They may have a long at the drive thru, it's actually only 15-20 minutes before you are on your way to delicious.
