Won't EVER be back!!! 3 times to this location this week and didn't get to eat one time! And all I got from management was an "I'm sorry". I didn't come for apologies, I came for food!
Ok, so a little about me and this Chick-fil-A: I've been going to this location for about 19 years now (ever since I could eat solid food until now) and I have NEVER had a bad experience, fresh food every time, all the employees were always super happy and would always be super willing to help out. I'm talking about HUNDREDS of visits, thousands of nuggets were eaten here and not a single one went unenjoyed. Time spent in the play place, sometimes trading a kids meal toy for an icecream instead, breakfast on Saturday, (basically lots of memories). Of course Chik-fil-A is great anytime but this location will always be special to me. Thank you for always being there<3.
MATT IS THE BEST! He is so friendly all the time! I go to chick fil A almost every day and he treats us so well! He is always smiling, moving fast & creating a genuine conversation and over all great experience for us! WE LOVE MATT!
Went to pick up a quick dinner for the wife and I. Decided to go in instead of drive-thru. Ordered two sandwiches one order of nuggets a fry and two drinks. The drinks we're given to me immediately. I ordered at 5:24 and did not get my food until 5:43. I asked about 15 minutes into waiting and they said my order was being worked on. By the time I got the food and got to my car the Frosted coffee was the consistency of chocolate milk and all the ice in my wife's drink was melted. There is absolutely no reason that small of an order to take almost 20 minutes. Even if they are busy
Great service, expected food. Food was available quickly. Was hot and tasted as expected. Busy but efficient.
Wednesday evening around 5 pm found the line at this location pretty small so we though a good time to grab an early dinner. The usual sandwich and waffle fries was not very hot, barely warm. The cobb salad had an over abundance of lettuce leaving insufficient amount of chicken especially considering costs. An order of Mac n' cheese was waxy and pasty, definitely not ordering this again. Service was good but food was surprisingly poor.
When I pulled in line at Chik-Fik-A, there were probably 2 dozen cars ahead of me. Five (5!) minutes later I was through the line with my meal. Amazing service, as always. Management has its act together, and staff is always pleasant.
I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. Are used to come to this Chick-fil-A as a kid after my youth group got done. However today was not a happy experience at all. I work for door dash and came in to pick up an order. Apparently they gave it to the wrong person, because my customer had not received the order and Maddie or Maggie said that they don’t have it in their system. Which means that it was already picked up, and she said she could not remake it for the lady unless she got a call from door Dash the company. There is no way that door Dashers can make that happen. So the customer lost their money because she did not check the confirmation number when it was picked up.
Always consistent. Delicious. Quick. Great service. Friendly employees.
My order was messed up and the manager took the time to drive over to my work and bring me the correct order. She EVEN put a brownie inside and gave me a large drink!! Very very pleased and will definitely be returning!!! Absolutely wonderful customer service!
