No communication on what was happening so We were under there impression that he was just your helper as he began preparing the food at 11am (late) Our guest were waiting . I asked the person cooking what’s the hold up since it was supposed to start at 10am and he said he’s just doing a favor for a friend. We did not start eating our food until 12pm and had to rush the brunch since we had plans scheduled for the day already.
