the food was delicious, but the workers display an extreme lack of customer service skills. there was an issue with my online order and the workers were acting annoyed, while i was trying to sort everything out. their faces and voices displayed annoyance. during the time that i went, it was an extremely busy, so i understand the immediate influx of customers, but that is no excuse.
Hubby & I ordered reg cheesesteaks, with peppers, mushrooms & onions. I had one sliver of a pepper , no mushrooms or onions. Hubby had one mushroom & no peppers! They charge $15 for the meal, you would think they would put the veggies on the sandwich since you pay for it.The service was not friendly at all. It’s so disappointing that there is no southern hospitality left with all the out of towners moving here. I miss my Nashville.The food court was disgustingly dirty. I have nothing left to say.

I stopped myself from writing a bad review the first time because hey maybe they just had a bad day but the 2nd and third time I can not let go. By far the worst restaurant in the mall. The whole stand is unsanitary with sauce and juice spilled everywhere. The food is rushed and thrown together sloppily to the point your hands are messy if you even touch the box. Besides that there is absolutely no seasoning and did I mention incredible sloppy? The staff is unprofessional and extremely rude as well which makes it even worse. First and last time at this location. If Incould give negative stars I definitely would. You guys are really disappointing please do better
The guys that work here are very friendly. I've never had an issue with the food and they are very fast!
