Great sandwich. Service was excellent. Seating a bit uncomfortable. Good lunch stop overall.
I ordered the classic Philly cheese steak! Yummy ? and the bold BBQ wings are amazing!
Incredibly incompetent and rude staff. Employees definitely unable to find employment elsewhere and view the customers as intrusive. Incapable of rudimentary math and without the most basic grasp of polite and decent social interaction.
I have never had a worse customer experience than at this restaurant. After taking my order ($14.51) Latoya took the cash ($15.00) and shut the drawer and then informed me she didn't have change. It wasn't a big deal so I took a step from the register and realized I had two quarters so I said "here's two quarters give me a dollar back". Latoya huffed at me and said "it was fifty-one cents, that's not enough". At first I thought she was kidding until she gave me the "Talk to the hand" wave and actively ignored me. I pointed out it was only a penny and she was the one that didn't have change. Eventually, a manager arrived (I had to ask several times) who gave me Mt $15 without so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience" instead, Latoya and her manager appeared to take the attitude that I was in the wrong. Perhaps, I really couldn't care less about the original change. Had I not had the quarters I would have gladly taken my meal and not worried about it. What set me off was how I supplied a solution to their not having change and being condescended to and receive such an attitude. This is one location I will never visit again.
The food was good. I understand there is a shortage of employees but, please take more time with training your new employees to help build their confidence. Praise them often and speak kindly to them.
Customer service was good so I was excited about getting my food but I was so disappointed when I made it back to the office there was very little meat on the sandwich and then the meat tasted old the tomatoes looked old the fries was not fresh if I wasn’t at work I would have taken it back so yes it went to the trash but I have pictures to showcase there work
The food there was a little expensive but by far it was worth it. The dining room stays clean consistently throughout the day and the cashiers have an upbeat attitude. The food was delicious and made with love every time I had ate here.
1st visit was awesome. Food was really really good. Would definitely like to go there again if ever in the area again. Awesome customer service and great environment. Clean. Friendly. Nice. An overall great experience.
The Chicken Philly was so fresh and delicious. The fries were hot and the lemonade oh so good.
For future drivers they close at 7pm now not 9pm and if you would spend less on billboard’s and pay your workers more you would be able to stay open longer.
