Bad Burger was delicious!
Great place to chill out off Broadway
Visited 5-13-22...Pretty small bar by comparison to those in the area, single floor and space, stage at the center and bar in between with the restrooms to back and right.Simplistic layout, easy enough to get seated, which is what had appealed us to come in. We wanted to eat, and it offered a rare place to be seated and get served in a timely manner, near the strip.Live music, parr for the course for the area, and he was "OK..."Customer service was phenomenal. Our waiter was quick and pretty on point, so as well as those walking by, who made sure to check on us too, which typically doesn't happen at places.Crowd was extremely broad, but ranged between 30 and 50s, I'd say.Food was delicious, and well worth the price.Nice place just slightly off the strip, but close enough to the action, that served great beer, whiskey, and food.If you're hungry and looking for a spot, highly recommend this one, for the area.
Atmosphere and music was good. It was nice to be a little off the main strip that was packed with people. The food was fine - the cauliflower, corn, and quinoa salad was basically just iceberg lettuce with a minuscule amount of any of the three and also didn’t have the black beans the menu promised. The avocado wasn’t skimped on though. The service (and nachos) were really good!
Great atmosphere great drinks great food
Highly recommend this place just off Broadway. Live music, good food that is reasonably priced, not too crowded - overall fantastic experience. Get a bucket drink - they’re wonderful!
Was craving tacos and stumbled upon this place a little off the beaten path after deciding not to wait for over an hour at Miranda Lambert’s. Got a table here right away and had food and beverage in short order. The margaritas were strong and the tacos fit the bill (particularly the shrimp and carnitas). Chips were tasty too. The music for the evening was provided by a young couple that was entertaining and sounded great. Overall Cerveza Jack’s was a pleasant surprise!
Off Broadway!! Atmosphere was great and live music! My issue was service was subpar and they were not that busy. I guess par for the course these days. Started with the Carne Asada fries, OK at best. Tried the BBQ pork taco (excellent) the lime slaw made all the difference, and the grilled chicken (pretty basic). The bacon/shrimp quesadilla (pass). Not enough filling. Street corn (pass) very soupy.
We love the low key atmosphere at Cerveza Jack's, and the entertainment is always great. We have never had a bad experience there, the drinks are always good, and we make it a point to stop in every time we are in Nashville.
This is my favorite mid afternoon place in Nashville. Great margaritas. Great Mexican. The acoustical artists are always great
