This place is a hidden gem. I've lived here my whole life and moving back to Nashville as an adult, I've only recently got to experience this cafe.Prices are outstanding. Staff is even better. Food is easily 10/10. They need more locations for sure but that can also make it lose that unique feel, plus staff would never be the same. So idk.What I do know is this is one of my new favorite places to eat breakfast if I actually wake up in time for it.
Nice cafe filled with a mostly older crowd. Breakfast was easily shared: Western omelette that came with biscuits and gravy—yum! Good coffee and the price was right! Folks inside were friendly, and we struck up a couple conversations with those around us. People smiled and visited with each other.

Cute, small, local diner. Staff was very friendly, service was great. I had eggs, bacon, grits & biscuit and gravy. It was my first time eating grits, and they were delicious, but not as good as the biscuit and gravy. The only one request from the table was other cheese options (not just american) for the omelette. I highly recommend.
They have excellent food. Excellent staff. And excellent prices. The menus are simple and if you don't see it on the menu they can pretty much make whatever you want

If you've never been to Centennial Cafe, you need to come check them out for a home cooked breakfast or lunch. Located in West Nashville.
