It tasted good, but couple of things, first of all buy your employees like spreaders or something it felt dumb watching them fumble around with the bread trying to spread the sauce like I do when I don't want a dirty dish to clean. Also what the hell is with the amount of sauce y'all put on there, holy mother of God it's too much, it's like soup wrapped in paper. Ease up on the sauce for the love of God.
Very tasty, first time in and had my wife with me. Good size portion. Very friendly staff. Passing through Knoxville but glad we stopped. 1 pita wrap just right.
Today was my first day trying Cava. I’ve never had Mediterranean food before and didn’t really know what to expect. Thankfully, I was greeted by Maya and she carefully explained how their line system works, as well as what would fit my dietary needs/restrictions. Once I notified Maya of my gluten allergy she instructed her team members and then swiftly washed her hands and changed her gloves for me. I got the Greek salad, and Maya provided me with detailed descriptions of each ingredient before she put it in my bowl. I had a wonderful experience, and definitely will be making a trip back!
I usually love this place but if I’m paying $20 for essentially a Greek burrito bowl - this is unacceptable. How can you literally give someone a few drops of dressing for a to-go order?? I now can’t go back for more and am not sure how I’m gonna eat this thing.
Oh my gosh, this has always been my favorite place, but today's experience was the absolute best!! We didn't realize they closed at 5 and showed up at 4:45 with a HUGE order. Anna, Brenda and the rest of the crew were so accommodating. They happily filled our order and chatted with us while doing so. They made us feel like it was no problem at all.And of course, the food was delicious (as always)! This is truly one of my very favorite places to eat!
Delicious food and the best service! We were there just prior to closing, but Anna and Brenda were so friendly and helped fill a large order anyway. Our whole group enjoyed the meals and loved the variety and bold flavors.

My favorite casual chain. Although the prices are higher than average their ingredient quality makes it worth it. The selection of proteins is diverse here and the honey harissa chicken is just the best. The soft drink selection is awesome too as the sodas are all Maine Root fountain-refillables.
Food is amazing. Customer service is about as bad as you’ll find. They close consistently before dinner so can’t spend my money there any longer.
The customer service is AWFUL! I leave in just as bad a mood as the employees. I love Cava but I think I’m gonna have to be done with this one. This time the associates were vocal they were ready to close. I got to the point where they add meat and they had ONE. They were not cooking anymore and judging by the fact the grill was cleaned way before I got there they didn’t care. We weren’t given an option for drinks and the card readers were broken. While eating we were all locked in with no one attending the door which is surely a fire hazard. We had to figure out how to unlock the door to get out. Maybe the Franklin location will be better.
