Food was delicious but the bus boy took my plate before I had even finished eating. I was not happy!

we came for lunch and got the charred cauliflower and the chicken salad. They were not too busy and service was attentive. Ambience here is really nice inside the resort with views of the gardens.

Very nice place in a beautiful setting however the issue is the pricing for what you get. This place is very expensive and ive had better food for far less. In order to even go you have to have a room at the resort which at the time was $460 a night plus a resort fee, daily parking fee, tax. Unfortunately a of Nashville is high....Go and judge for yourself....

We met friends from California for brunch at the Cascades. They were in awe of the view and the variety of breakfast items on the buffet. We all tried various selections and was happy with each choice. Everyone was thrilled with the jams and honey.I would definitely recommend the Cascades Cafe brunch. Is it pricey? I think it was $28 per person but included your beverage, juice, hot tea or coffee. With the variety of choices I felt it was reasonable.

I ordered the wedge salad that said it came with country ham and hard boiled egg. There was no ham. Not a single piece. I also added salmon to my salad which was about a 2 inch square, overcooked, dry and fishy tasting. For $28 I would expect more than a hunk of lettuce and half of a small boiled egg and fishy dried up salmon. Very disappointing. For a high class place it should have been fabulous. I guess they have so much business they don’t care how their food is.

The service and food are excellent. We split the seared salmon and a salad. Both were terrific and perfectly done. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese crumbles are outstanding. The Salmon was flaky and perfectly done. It's expensive but come on, you are at the Opryland Resort. The prices are in line with where it is.

Came here for breakfast which was buffet style and did not disappoint. There was a lot of variety of food options to choose from eggs, meat, yogurts, waffles, biscuits, bagels, donuts etc! The food was very delicious and one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever gone to!

The food here is excellent. It’s very pricey for what it is, but the portions are huge so you won’t go hungry. The ambience is incredible, we loved sitting by the water!

Small menu big price but you get an equally big scenery. I have eaten here both day and evening times and both our spectacular with the backdrop sounds of waterfalls and watching the fountains and/or the koi fish in the pond that surrounds the restaurant. Never had bad service with a wonderful ambience.

We had dinner here one night and it was the best of our 3 night stay! We shared the Duroc Pork Chop, with lovely potatoes that were somewhat mashed and seasoned perfectly with green beans. We also shared the SmokedTrout Dip plate, so good. Loved it all and the service was very timely. Last, our seat was somewhat secluded and quiet. Just what we were looking for!
