Service was good, the not all the food came at the same time .We only could seat at the bar. No tablet were open for seating
It's really sad that a national chain restaurant group with over 3.5 billion in revenue has staffing issues. Can only be one or two problems, management or pay. I am going with management, it all starts at the top. I also have to add, there is no AC and no draft beer.

Ordered online and it told me an hour until my food arrives. My door dash driver has been waiting 45 minutes for my food at the store and still not ready. Seriously? If it's super busy, give a wait time for delivery orders!!Update: just tried again for a dining experience and I think that was worse than the delivery we had previously. The new server was so slow and her trainer forgot multiple things on our order.
our server was very prompt and we never had to ask for refills. It was a great experience
The boneless wings are where it's at - glorified chicken nuggets for grown ups. Always order Desert Heat please + drown in ranch. There's really nothing to not love about BWW carry out
Used to eat here all the time and it was great but it's a pass for me now.. ordered online 100$ worth and only got half of my food and when we went in to let them know, they then decided to let us know that they were out of onion rings and if they could substitute it for something else. Which they had my phone number so I'm not sure why they didn't call me to let me know that they didn't have something that I order so by the time we did get the other food, it was cold so if you're going to order online , I would call to make sure they have what you want first because they are too lazy to call and let you know
I have been to this buffalo before when on lunch breaks and the service has aways been great. But recently when I have been there it was freezing inside! I called and asked if it was warmer inside then previously. They told me no that the heat has not yet been fixed. It is ridiculous to be open & serve tables with no heat. This is very disappointing. This location is the closest to my office & their lunch deals are GREAT but I do not want to dine in at a restaurant that is not much warmer then the weather outside!! PLEASE fix so I can come backThanks
Only giving 5 stars because the Waitress took time to acknowledge us after we was ignored by the first one. She treated us with kindness and gratitude plus made sure our food was good and fresh.
Came here a week ago , i use to come here every weekend . But this weekend it was just so cold , i kept shaking so much it was ridiculous ! I am very angry ? spoke to the GM and she told me we were waiting a part . The week prior it was still cold ! All the servers were very upset about it as well (as they should) it should be illegal for them to work in these type of conditions inside the restaurant! I will be calling corporate to let them understand their concerns under the employees ! Very sad ??
