Coming from NY, I wasn't expecting much from a Tennessee bagel store. But I was pleasantly surprised not only by the delicious bagel sandwich (with tasty brisket and jalapeno cream cheese), but by the reasonable prices. Everyone was super friendly and my food was ready in a flash. Wish I was gonna be around here longer, I would definitely come back again!
attitudes be offff but it’s okay i understand don’t nobody wanna be up there making bagels but these be BOMB so it’s worth sanding up there
Bagel was ok, it's just a fast food breakfast sandwich place with horrible customer service.
Stay away from this place they are rude and service is the lousy they tell me it's a extra charge to heat up a bagel aren't they supposed to be hot even the coffee is cold I hope corporate office sees this and does something about it they can contact me ànytime they need to fire everyone in the store because everyone is awful I have been going there since 06 well not anymore because of these people
While the food is great, the ladies are extremely rude. My little sister was telling the cashier what we had ordered and she didn’t even finish before another lady interrupted saying “oh she’s lying she also had this” though my sister never finished telling her because she interrupted. Worst attitudes
While Bruegger's is arguably the best chain bagel, this location is not the one to go to. The past 3 visits I made (within a 2 week time period) they were sold out of bagels by 10:30 or 11 am on a weekend.
One lady in specific is super rude. I'm guessing everyone whos been there knows and those going will quickly identify the lady I'm talking about. The carelessness of the same rude lady caused for our order to be missing bagels due to her dismissiveness of us. The rest of the staff was nice. One bad apple will spoil the fruits.
The employees just seem so unhappy and the bagels don't seem fresh anymore. I've been frequenting this location for well over 10 years and unfortunately, it seems to be degrading. We've stopped hitting them up en route to school now. Bummer.
We had the smoked salmon on an everything bagel. Really quick service, and good prices. They really load the bagels up with the perfect amount of toppings. We would come here again.
Grumpy staff. Dirty restaurant. Indoor dining closed. Bagels were ok.
