I have been here many times & yesterday by far was the worst experience ever. I sat at the bar and was not greeted had to walk up to the bartender to to make my drink request. Grilled shrimp were not grilled & my baked potato was hard as if they just microwaved it. The drinks weren’t anything fancy. When I sent my supposed to be grilled shrimp back, I was informed that they have new kitchen equipment.
great food and service!!! window seat made our night too. thanks to AJ and the entire staff. Definitely be back soon.

EK at the front desk was great. Very helpful and thankful for all she did. Once I got my food I was delighted at how good the steak was. Would recommend to all looking for an option.
We celebrated my friends birthday at Bourbon steak, and it was incredible. The staff was superb, especially Cami, our server. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating… we asked for a window seat and they got us as close as possible.. usually 2 tops or large parties get to have a window seat, but it was fine. My rainbow trout literally melted in my mouth, it was so delicious! The others in my party got steak, of course, and loved it equally. Good job Bourbon Steak, we will be back!
Fantastic experience all around. Service was top notch, A5 Wagyu was out of this world and atmosphere is excellent. Can’t say enough good things. I’m the top 5 for steakhouses I’ve been to.
Contacted them 2 weeks in advance and was guaranteed a window table since we were celebrating a milestone Anniversary. Greeter was aloof to say the least, she led us to a table NOT at the window, said that was the best she could do even after the guarantee. The food...3 of us ordered the filet which they all said was amazing and melted in their mouth. I ordered the bone in strip, the waiter said it was a great cut of meat. Could not cut it and when I did it was full of gristle. I literally used 3 different knives and couldn't cut it, told the waiter and all he said was he was sorry. In fairness the sides of Mac and cheese, crispy Brussels and mushrooms were AMAZING...We kept noticing several tables had this special appetizer of fries which we didn't have or see on the menu. The table next to us said everyone celebrating something got them, it was her birthday, she got them...our anniversary, we did not....mentioned it to the waiter and he said he was sorry, would I like another bag of their special popcorn. The cocktails were excellent and the views were amazing. The Creme brule was really good, incredible crunch! We also got a 3"long sliver of chocolate cake from them to mark our anniversary which was delicious . Overall we have been to many Marriott restaurants and this was not up to their standards and what should have been an exciting stress free Anniversary celebration was not. That being said even though it was a Tuesday they were very busy, so hopefully this is not the norm.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a better place. The view, food and staff are all amazing!
Booked this for a dinner party for my wife's birthday. The views are amazing, the staff very professional and attentive. The food, I have no words for. It was that good. It's worth every dollar spent.
