Theyre food used to be my favorite, but they changed the recipes on everything and it is so gross! Great employees though. I also recommend their exclusive mtn dew.
I've never been to Bojangles before and no idea what to expect. The food was good and I enjoyed it. The employees however weren't very professional. There were people jumping behind the counter that did not work there. A friend of an employee that was laughing at us. I was really bothered by their behaviors.
Love it when I visit a bojangles and the chicken is fresh. I stopped at one the day before yesterday and the chicken was horrible. Today I stopped at this one and the chicken was fresh, hot and crispy!!
Today was or first time eating at a Bojangles and we got the 12pc Family Meal. Service was friendly and quick and the food was fresh. The chicken would have been good, but it was too spicy for us. I don't like that you can't choose mild or spicy for your chicken. The fries were WAAAY too salty. We could not even eat them! The biscuits, coleslaw, and sweet tea were really good. Unless they change some things, probably won't go back. I would rather have Popeye's. You can choose the heat of your chicken and the fries are amazing!
I had to wait for 10 mins in the drive through line, then when I got home I realized that I was given a sausage biscuit, instead of a three piece chicken tender meal. Then I called back three different times and was hung up on all three times. So… my mixed up order was never resolved. I’m so frustrated… and now hungry. I’ll never be back there. ????
Custom service is terrible! They stay getting your order wrong . Don’t give you a receipt unless you ask for one . When you call back to tell them they talk to you like you work for them or you lying . When I called back to tell them that my order was wrong the lady ask me why you didn’t call last night because I was in your store at 845 and you close at 9. Then asked me what you want us to do . Told me her name wasMaria and she didn’t have a last name
This location was not my first choice due to the other bad reviews.Sauce was good chicken was good but no blueberry biscuitsService was poor and took some time.
First time at a Bojangles. The sweet tea is really good! Loved the breakfast biscuit with the added pimento cheese.Only complaint: clean your damn mens room. I do understand if I survived the bathrooms in Huntington Beach, Ca as a kid I should be immune to certain things but I'm not trying to test that out
Bojangles was a favorite stop to eat when we lived in VA. I stopped in for a chicken biscuit and it was great! Just right spice!Restaurant was spotless and the workers were very pleasant.I will be going back soon.
The flavor in the chicken and sides is Southern Louisiana! I'm torn between Bojangles and Popeye's. Both delicious when fresh!
