I had a hard day today. Being a nurse I completly understand and sympathize with being short staffed. I pulled up yesterday it 5pm and realized they closed early due to staffing shoratges. Had a hard day today and just didn't have the energy to cook for myself so I made my way over right at 445. As soon as I could get there. The man at drive-through apologized and told me they were closed early due to staffing. I told him I knew this and this is why I came before 5 but I underatood. He said pull around and loaded me with chicken and biscuts and apologized again for closing earlier than posted. He did not charge me even thought I tried to pay. I did not get his name but it was and older genteleman with a hat on with a southern accent and a trimmed beard. This made my entire day! It really is the little things! I would give 100 stars if I could!!!!
The person at the window has no business being in service industry. He didnt say a word- not a single word. Just stuck hand out for card and handed it back with my bag of food then closed the window. Didn't ask if I wanted condiments or even confirm the order. Not the first time I've came here and been disappointed. I don't have any problems with other Bojangles I've been too.
Good food and usually a fast drive through experience. Once and awhile they'll make you wait on fresh chicken but its MUCH better than KFC and Popeyes in that regard
5 p.m. on beautiful Friday afternoon they were closed. Google live feed says they're "not as busy as usual". Well, I guess not. That's twice I've gone out of the way to get there and found them closed. I won't do it again.
Went through drive thru ordered my food. When I got up to the window I sat there for a few mins waiting, only to find out that the credit card machine was not working. They are never responsive to the intercom only when you say hello. This place never opens on time. They need new management and employees.

Far better than my last visit. Everything was fresh and hot.They left my sides out though and it was too much hassle to go back for them, I purchased two dinner meals.
I wasn't actually there. I was at a Kwik oil change that was really, really close to Bojangles. It looked like it was a newer building and their drive through was always busy while I waited. I really like their chicken biscuits.
