Our waiter was awesome. Cooks in the back paid attention and plated my sides separately. As requested. Hostess was not very personable. I had not been to a Bib Evans since I was little. So I was a bit happy to find one. Although the young lady was helpful, I asked her if the food was good there, and her response was not very wise to keep customers coming back. Thankfully my food was really good. And management could address that. You don’t want to ask what’s recommended and be told that nothing is recommended. Or hear a response like, I would not eat the food here. I considered leaving. But opted to ask another employee and not go hungry any longer. It was quiet in there and other patrons seemed to enjoy the same atmosphere. The shopping area was pleasant and I found good prices on good stuff, many things in there are certainly worth the buy for tourists, and locals. I will certainly visit again, and hopefully next time will be greeted in a more welcoming manner.
Manager was accommodating to my husband's diet and very sweet.But place is extremely short staffed like everywhere but more than usual. Waiter and waitresses very rude but probably being over worked due to staff shortage. Only 1 waiter or waitress per day for breakfast on a weekend and 1 cook while we were there.Food was good though.
First time visit. Arrived around 10am on a Saturday morning. Parking lot wasn't too full. Got inside and realized there were several families ahead of us. So we waited and shopped in the store area. (The whole place reminded us of Cracker Barrel). Waited around 25 mins for a table. Our waitress was the best. Excellent customer service! Accurate, friendly and very hospitable. I ordered pancakes. Some of the best pancakes I have ever had. Definitely recommend and we will be visiting Bob Evans next time we're in town.
Everything was pretty good. Inside of thr restaurant was cold, so next time I'm bring a sweater.
Hot, Fresh, Fast …. Excellent waiter “Michael” OH-MY-GOODNESS….. please please please move this restaurant down to where we live.
Great food at a reasonable price
Went here for breakfast on a Sunday and everything about this place brightened up our mood. The food, french toast with scrambled egg, bacon & hash browns, was really good, the restaurant is spacious and our server Maximilian was very helpful & attentive. Would definitely revisit to try the rest of the menu
Had an AMAZING breakfast here on our last day visiting the city. Our server Maximilian was the best. Super attentive and prompt. The C***er B****l next door was super disappointing and this place redeemed our 2day trip to Nashville. 10/10 highly recommend
Good food friendly staff.
Went in at 5pm. We were the only ones dining in. We thought that was pretty strange, but we were so excited to eat here. My daughter ordered the kids meal chicken noodles and I ordered the deep dish chicken n noodles. My favorite meal from here. The plate of food I recieved was disgusting. It had been sitting out and was never stirred so the noodles and chicken were hard and dry! I asked my waiter for it to be remade. He had no issue doing so. Then we heard him talking to someone in the kitchen. The manager then comes out and starts questioning me and arguing with me about the nasty food he served me. He wouldn't let it go, but I demanded my food be remade. They "remake" my food and bring me out a half eaten biscuit in my food. Maybe it was part of the biscuit that was on my original plate, I wouldn't know. When I questioned them about it they would only say it was newly made. As if. I have never been treated so disrespectful by a manager before. I absolutely will not eat here, again. The place is also gross inside as well. All the other staff was very friendly though. There's hundreds of places to eat in Nashville, choose better than this place! Peg leg porker or Pucketts is amazing. Mistakes were made today.
