This coffee shop ran out of coffee after taking our money. The manager and staff are unable to correct the issue that could be avoided. They asked we wait 20mins to brew more coffee. When asked for a refund the manager started to be come rude about the issue. We will be doing a charge back on our Visa to resolve their rude acts.
Was a regular at this coffee shop. Until today. Will NOT be returning. They used to have the best coffee in the gulch, with shorter lines than Starbucks and higher quality coffee. The baristas were AWESOME. Walked in this afternoon to get my favorite latte only to discover that they no longer serve coffee AND my favorite baristas are no longer employed there. WHAT A SHAME!!!! Will be going to barista parlor from now on. Hopefully I find the staff at a new coffee shop.
The manager and staff need to be adjusted. We visited with a large group and they had nothing in stock. They forgot out coffee and asked we wait for them to make more coffee. Its a coffee shop. The manager is unable to correct issues. He is poor of man of values. Time is very refundable.
When you need a lighter breakfast and everything else is packed, this is the place to come. Wonderful food, service, and phenomenal coffee! I cannot recommend the vanilla oat milk latte enough. Perfect amount of flavor and coffee. The empanadas were perfect to split and so were the cinnamon sugar donut holes with chocolate dipping sauce.
excellent coffee, excellent baristas, excellent decor, excellent pastries; I usually go to milk and honey but I'm glad I discovered this place down the road because I will only be coming here now as it is the best. Highly recommend. The customer service is fantastic - I changed my mind about my order after I placed it and the gentleman quickly accommodated. thanks!
It was cool to learn more about the cacao bean and we tried the Cacao Latte and Cacao Brew. We both thought the drinks were unique and enjoyed the experience. We bought some granola with cacao that we can’t wait to try!
Visiting from Birmingham, and was absolutely blown away! Although the menu is limited, everything we tried was phenomenal, so much in fact that we made a point to come back a second time. Definitely the best latte from a small coffee shop as it wasn’t bitter or overly sweet. The waffles are a must try as well. We will be back!!
I came in one day because it was one of the only brunch/ breakfast places with little to no line. I would definitely not recommend getting the egg and cheese sandwich if you’re not a fan of really hard bread. I struggled chewing it and it was pretty bland. My friend got the waffles and they were actually really good and the chocolate was very rich. If you’re looking for sweet snack items I would recommend it, but if you’re looking for some savory options I would try another place nearby
Chocolate croissant was good, but the churros latte was quite tasteless and didn't taste anything like churros.
Beautiful design and build out. They have baked goods and small breakfast bites. Tea, coffee, and juices. Definitely top 5 chair teas I've ever had. Right across the street from the lifts you wing mural in the gulch district.
