Finally got a chance to try Birria Babe after a coffee working session at Americano Lounge. The owner is super kind and gives immaculate vibes honestly. She was thorough in the order taking process and the food was delicious. I also appreciate that she included the ramen flavoring pack as a side so I could choose how much I added to my broth. Definitely stop by and try it!
Insanely delicious food made with care.My wife and I heard about this food truck from a Nashville foodies Facebook group.Didn’t disappoint! We ordered 6 Birria tacos, Birria ramen, Birria nachos, and 2 tres leches.-Birria tacos were the best I’ve had anywhere in the area.-Birria ramen was a unique and great experience. I’ll come back for this!-Birria nachos were good but didn’t blow my mind like the other stuff.-Tres leches was great-Her hot sauce/salsas are delicious and taste homeade. She puts love into every detail of her menu!10/10 will be back and I recommend anyone to try this.
Tried BirriaBabe while they were at one of my favorite local breweries and decided to try the trio. The tacos were messy, as you'd expect from birria, but absolutely delicious and definitely thought about getting more...if they were still open. I even took a bite of my friend's birria ramen and that was delicious too. Definitely want to go back and try more of their menu items.
At first I thought these tacos were a bit over priced... after I took a bite the price no longer mattered. All I could care about was the sensations of the beautifully melted cheese on a crispy taco with beef, cilantro & onions. It was truly life changing.
The Birria Ramen is full of flavor and delicious! Also the customer service is great and friendly! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Nadine for our client's wedding late night snack at Firefly Lane this past weekend. Her communication and professionalism leading up to the event was top notch, which as a coordinator, I so very much appreciate! And those TACOS - WOW! So incredibly delicious! SO YUM. I got the taco trio with a chicken, beef, and goat taco. The sauces are a MUST! Worth the trip to follow her food truck wherever she’s stationed at. You are MISSING OUT if you don’t try the goat. It was my favorite.

Don't usually review food trucks but this was one was really good! I don't really have any complaints besides the fact that they don't take cards unless it's through venmo or cashapp , which could be a problem for some. The prices are kinda high but what you would expect for a food truck.
