It would be nice if you updated the store hours on the website. Online it says they close at 10:00. However they closed at 9:30. Please update the new hours, so no one wastes their time. Thank you
So I just went in for Icecream room 9:30pm they close at 10pm my lady got a wild and reckless icream bowl and was entirely excited by it to only find a long piece of hair in it also they didn't have milk so I had to proceed to another icecream shop.they need to wear Hairnets!!!
I LITERALLY JUST LEFT THIS PLACE NOT EVEN 20MINS AGO. NOT ONE PERSON WAS WEARING A HAIR NET! I CONTINUE TO STILL PURCHASE MY ICE CREAM LIKE NORMAL... NOT EVEN 10 BITES INTO THE ICE CREAM THERE WAS HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM CONE! I DONT CARE WHERE YOU WORK, IF YOU WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH FOOD YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE PULLED BACK OR COVERED UP! I JUST WASTED MONEY ON A CONE I DIDN'T FINISH DUE TO THE FACT THEIR EMPLOYEES COME TO WORK WITH THEIR HAIR DOWN OR IN THEIR FACE. ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! NEVER AGAIN!
Ice cream was great and the two girls working were sweet as well.
The owners are very money hungry. If you have a coupon or special they skimp and try to scam. Really weird. Quality is very good so if you’re menu ordering it’s probably great.
Walked in on worker eating the ice cream out of the container with the same spoon and was startled when we walked in. Gross won't be back again.
There was only one girl working and she was friendly and quick what i don't like is they don't have it fixed so i could add a tip to my order and i had no money they need to fix that the people who work there deserve a tip
We went into the store to order milkshakes and the girl winked at the other girl to tell us that they were out of milk to make milkshakes. I repeated my kids order 3 times and the girls never moved. The one girl in blue is so lazy she needs to be fired. Plus she's sitting on the countertop.
Literally the worst Baskin Robbins ever. It’s run by a bunch of disgruntled teenagers who can’t be bothered. Sometimes I come in and they’re sitting on the counters on their phones. They never acknowledge me when I walk in. They let me stand there for a few minutes without saying a word and say “are you ready to order?” Tonight at 815 (45 minutes before closing) I ordered a Reese’s sundae and was rudely told they didn’t have peanut butter (I know this is because they broke the sauce warmers down already). The girls working were too busy sweeping the floor and breaking down the store to be bothered by me. Not to mention they overall had an attitude with me for no reason.Edited to add: the only reason this place gets any business is because they’re the only ice cream store in the area
Fast friendly service. Kids were very happy with their ice cream.
