I have no words but disgusted at the service. Will not be back!Walked in and no one greeted us for about 5 minutesMy husband had 0 garnish’s on his BM.Not to mention we waited about 30 minutes to get them and our server said sorry we only have one bartender as we both sat and watched the bartender doing her job and making them promptly.We’ve been here at least an hour and just had our food order taken.Poor poor poor service.Servers hanging out in the back and not doing their jobs. Do better!Food and drinks were so great! No complaint on bartender or kitchen!
Big bar but when we went they didn't have any draft beer at all. I did have 2 great appetizers. They are getting ready for a remodel.
I visited Bar Louie after a concert last weekend and had a great experience. First of all, the music selection was fire! We were dancing in our seats most of the night. I ordered the Louie's Choice burger, fried pickles, and a strawberry lemonade sangria. All were very delicious. Our server was very patient with our big group, and everything came in a timely manner. The bathroom was clean, but they could use some hand sanitation stations around the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back to get those pickles.
Great food and atmosphere. This was my first time visiting. Jalapeños wings are not hot and loaded tots was nothing special. The Gastro burger was excellent. I would order it again.
Great place to come get a few drinks & bar food.Larry served us cold drinks & our server Octavia was very attentive. Will be returning this weekend. 10/10 recommend.
1 star is being generous. Had to wait an hour for cold food. Then someone came in with a DOG AND all the workers started petting the dog then went straight into the kitchen. The bartender was holding a dog! They were out most of the things to make cocktails. OVERCHARGING! Just an awful experience! This is why I cook at home ??♀️
Came in to get drinks at the bar and waited for 20 minutes while the bartender had a good old time with some other guests right next to us. He never made eye contact or said he'd be with us in a moment. He just ignored us. Pitiful service. We felt very unwelcome. It wasn't even busy. We went to the bar across the street and had a drink within minutes. Don't waste your time at this establishment. I've been to many other Bar Louie's with excellent service.
They were out of a lot and then 30 min after placing the order, they tell us the chicken sandwich isn’t available yet they have chicken and bread. The avocado toast was bread, not toasted, with avocado cream and a salad on top. The tomato had mold on it and the radish was rotten. We pointed it out and they didn’t care. Every meals was bad. So disappointed
Horrible service Sub par food
I’ve been going to Gulch Bar Louie for about 5 years. That particular location has always been one of my favorites due to its relaxing environment, but mostly due to the people that work there. The staff there is the best around, and Jayda is the best behind the bar. I’ve had the pleasure of being served by a few bartenders over the years, but she is by far the best that I’ve encountered. She takes pride in making sure that every customer is taken care of, and makes the best strawberry margarita that I’ve ever had. If you’re ever in Nashville be sure to visit Bar Louie in the Gulch. You won’t be disappointed!
