Based on overall reviews, we were happy to give the restaurant a try.Staff is friendly and the food was delivered quickly. The two of us had the Two Meat Platter; my friend had the brisket and sausage, with mac and cheese and beans. I had the BBQ pork and brisket, with mac and cheese and onion rings. Both of us agreed the brisket was dry. Not sure if it was over-cooked, or just sat too long before being served. It not only required a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces, but it gave the little plastic knife a work-out. The pulled pork had a nice flavor, but also on the dry side. My buddy said the sausage was okay, but nothing exciting.I prefer my BBQ without sauce. It allows me to appreciate the smokey flavor and any seasoning/rub applied. In this case, sauce was required for both the brisket and the pulled pork.I thought the mac and cheese had a nice flavor and the onion rings had a nice, crispy batter.Overall, it wasn't a horrible meal, but not worth returning.
Wants some good BBQ? This place is perfect. I recommend the BBQ Pulled Pork on cornbread. Side of fries okra and slaw. Add ice-tea and your set!!
The food was really good and generous portions. The staff was friendly. My hubby and I shared chicken wings, pulled pork, coleslaw and creamy mac and cheese. All the food was great! Was able to get their yummy BBQ sauce in a take home bottle!
Meal was an online order delivery to our hotel room. Ribs were delicious as well as the sides (BBQ Beans and French fries). This meal arrived hot and was well received. On the other hand, Beef Brisket sandwich was not to my liking. VERY thick slices of very lean (dry) brisket with barely a touch of BBQ sauce. (I had called the restaurant directly after placing my order because I had forgotten to request sauce but was assured the sauce comes on the sandwich). Not so much. Not to be overly picky BUT we were asked to choose a sauce for the ribs and I specifically asked for the sauce to be served on the side. Nope. For two meals we received one set of cutlery which included one napkin - for ribs. I may have had a sandwich, but my side was a salad with huge pieces of lettuce - but no fork, knife, or napkin. Paid $50 for these meals. Won't be in a hurry to visit Bar B Cutie. Disappointing.
Restaurant was clean and well organized. Ample amount of food, especially for the price. The sauces were standard fare and there should, theoretically, be something for everyone. Don't remember how many dessert options there were but I think only cookies were available; maybe banana pudding as well. The sides were good and, again, there was a good amount compared to the meats, of which there was also a good amount. Definitely try. Recommend.
We ordered a family meal (beef). The brisket was absolutely delicious. There was plenty of food for 5 adults. The sides were good sized also. Not a complaint at the table. BTW the fried pickles were delicious.

The fried cornbread was delicious! Unfortunately the turkey was cold, but it did taste delicious! The fried okra was very good
Conveniently close to the airport! Dined in and had the brisket. First time I've ever been asked if I want moist or lean so I went with the moist and it was excellent. Nice fatty veins in the meat, very tender. My wife and I both liked all of the sauces as well (we tried them all).
I had a 2 meat sampler with turkey and sausage. They were both good but the sausage was way overcooked and the casing was almost crunchy. Their fried okra was awesome and I really enjoyed their sauce selections.
