You have to wait several minutes before anyone will say anything to you on intercom at drive thru. They only do 1 order at a time, absolutely ridiculous. I thought they were closed and it's 4pm central. This is the Elm Hill pk in Nashville Tennessee

I wanted to put 0 stars, but it will not allow it!Awful! Rude and disrespectful. We waited forever and our food order was incorrect. Our 2 black and blue burgers were not even in our bag. Whenever we we’re trying to get their attention the staff ignored us. When they finally opened the window they rudely said,”Let me see your back!” After 2 different dug all in our bag they threw 2 half opened 2 black and blue burgers in our bag and very rudely handed us back the bag. No apology at all. This restaurant should either close down or start over from the top to the bottom. They should learn restaurant etiquette in dealing with customers. My husband and I were both very polite the whole time. We both work as professionals with the public each day. Awful!
Each time I order my special burger and pay extra for two toppings they barely put the toppings on. The last time one of the toppings was completely missing and I contacted the store. The manager said she would send me a coupon to my phone and I never received anything. I’ve been trying to fill out the comment form on backyard burgers website and it never goes any farther than a date. Ordered food, got someone else’s order, called the store, voicemail full on all 3 options. Contacted corporate twice with no callback. Went to the store and asked for the manager, was told to pull to the front door. 15 minutes later nothing. Still no contact, still no food, still nothing from Backyard Burgers. NOTHING!!!!!
Was at your Collierville TN location this morning and they completely messed my order up. My receipt shows correct but what was in my bag was so incorrect, it's not funny. Plus it was burnt on one of the items. I live about 1.4.5 hrs away and cannot just jump in my car and head back over to have my order fixed!!! When you try and reach out to the store, no answer + it rolls into a voice mail system which funny enough is full. So I cannot reach anyone. I tried to call other stores in the Memphis area hoping they could reach that store to have someone call me with a response /resolution and it's the same thing at their end ?. So I finally called corporate and gee, get the same result-- voicemail which is FULL!!! BACK YARD BURGERS doesn’t care about it's customers anymore. Just taking their money and sending them out with food that's burnt/not what they ordered. That's a rip off! Wonder what the BBB would say???

When I got to the pickup window, the employee had difficulty making change because of her two inch porcelain nails. She couldn't pick up coins! In addition, she was texting on her cell phone while talking to me through the drive up window. To top it off, she then had one of the long nasty fingernails in her mouth, biting on it. Nasty! Why does this restaurant not have a policy in place about the length of fingernails and the use of personal phones? Wholly unsanitary. I couldn't eat my food. This was the Elm Hill Pike location in Donelson at 7:00 p.m. today.
The one in Donelson is horrible! I threw away $11.13! Burger bun and lettuce were drenched in grease!! I got spicy seasoned fries instead of plain and I wanted a diet Dr Pepper and I got a Diet Pepsi!!!! Nothing eatable!! They stole from me time and money!! DONT GO!!!
