This location sucks. Used to be better after it first opened. Food was always fresh. Not today. Visited around 2:45 and fries were stone cold, like they were left over from opening time. Employees liked like they rather be somewhere else. No smiling, no thank you's, nothing. Just blank stares over false eye lashes. Murfreesboro locations could learn something from the Lebanon location. Won't come back here again if this is the food and service you get for the money.
Overall, everything is pretty good- but could be better. Had better Zaxby's, but also had worse (old fort pkwy location). The workers are usually friendly enough. The food is never what I'd call bad. Sometimes it could be better/fresher. The fries are really inconsistent, which is my main complaint. Sometimes they're almost cold/underdone and/or unseasoned, and other times they're too done, too old, or over seasoned. They do a good job at getting your order right though! Which is more than I can say for a lot of restaurants in the 'boro.
I've been to a lot of fast food places never have I ever received service like I received today this clerk this customer service representative cashier whatever you want to call her she was awesome she doubled checked my order physically inspecting it to make sure that my wife's food was correct.I only wish all of my future experiences with your franchise continues with that same level of customer service Jesinnia was awesome
Popped in here today for a quick late lunch in the drive-through. I have been to this location several times and the food is always good. While technically the service has been efficient and good they don't seem too friendly or interactive. Kind of have a get the job done mentality. It's not bad at all. Just a place for improvement perhaps. I'm sure I'll be back :)
The chicken portions on salad way to small. The new paper tray you use for takeout gets soggy and wet. Yall use to make top notch salads when yall first came out Guess it's back to Chick-fil-A
This Zaxby's chicken was correctly staffed, but they were too busy flirting with people to maintain the drink machine, out of most beverage selection, and the drive thru line was all the way around the building. Got my food, but not the usual service. 3 Star rating.
Can’t believe I just went through that while picking up my order. If you’re going to work fast food maybe you should learn how to treat customers with the upmost respect. Not give them an attitude when they simply ask a question.
Very polite employees that seemed happy to serve us! Nice change from what we usually see at other Fast food places. And of course, the food was delicious!
