Ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes with only 2 other cars in the drive thru which isn't surprising. Finally got my food and was told at the window they where out of coleslaw but went ahead and charged me a $1.50 extra for double fries after I had already payed. Didn't tell me a total till I already had my food.Ended up shorting me a tender and no toast.
placed an order for pickup at 6:20pm that was supposed to be ready at 6:35. it is literally 7:19 and we are STILL sitting here...no explanation, no apologies... If it wasn't already paid for i would leave. And before it gets said that they were short employees, if that's the case then they shouldn't be open or at the very least not taking online orders. I will not return here and do NOT recommend this location!
Went there this morning around 11 am, April 4 2022 and was very pleased with the sweet young lady at the drive through window. Didn't get her name but she had short blonde hair) I love being able to leave a positive review and just want to say it was refreshing to get such great service... food was great and staff were kind and professional! You get 5 stars from me!
I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this location. March 17 was date of visit at 7:27 When they finally got back to me about my visit they offered food be done again or refund. I would not feel comfortable getting food redone here, seeing how disrespectful they were, so I asked for the refund. Since then 3/20/2022 haven’t heard back. I’ve emailed them twice now. Take it for what it is.
Used the app for the first time.. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:00, it wasn’t! Gave me someone else’s order. Had to bring it back. I was told they don’t do the app orders until you actually get there because people don’t show up… But you have to pay for it on the app. So don’t use the app!! Just order when you get there because it takes priority. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after bringing back the wrong order to get mine. Think I’ll go to another Zaxby’s in the future or another restaurant.
Every time I come to this particular restaurant on Rutherford, I sit for at least half an hour to 45 minutes while there is only two cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for when there is nobody in the parking lot or inside and everybody is just hanging out.
This place always has a HUGE line. Is it because they have so many people wanting to eat there? No. It’s because no matter what time of day you go there, they are the slowest fast food restaurant in the area. Want to skip the line and order through the app? Yeah that’s what I wanted to do except they’ve locked their doors so the only way to order is through the SLOWWWW drive through. It took me 45 minutes to get through and I have 5 cars in front of me. I would have canceled but I already paid through the app and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Literally just open the inside. You’re not chick fil a where you can handle just drive through only. You’re not fast enough
My husband went through the drive-thru this evening to get a House Zalad for me & a sandwich for himself. It's ALWAYS a ridiculously long wait, which is bad enough, but this visit was particularly bad. The chicken in the salad tasted old, as did the bread. Disgusting! Theyneglected to put any packets of ranch dressing in my salad. They also neglected to give my husband any fries. The person at the window was surly and very rude. We WILL NOT go back to this location -- ever. This is inexcusable, & no way to do business, & I'm gonna tell everybody I know about our experience & strongly advise them to never go to this location.
It's ok but I've tasted better. Chicken fingers were overcooked, fries not fresh. Sorry
Food is nice, communication is not! Condiments are constantly being forgotten, and people at the drive thru window are confused.
