Too many employees not paying attention to the order. Food was prepared lazy they drizzled sauce over the boneless wings meal for my kids. I asked for double meat on the salad multiple times and it wasn’t added. I had to ask for extra sauce for the wings the guy just handed it to me and shut the window trying to rush us out of the drive through. I spent $60 here and the service may have been worth $10 . I don’t know if there was a manager there or not but they need more management there with more experience because this was a horrible experience at this location .

The restaurant gave me the wrong order. No problem, we all make mistakes. It's a long drive home for me, so when I got back 45 minutes later, they gave me my order and said they had remade the order fresh. I specifically asked again if the order was fresh, and the woman at the drive through said it was.In reality, they lied to my face and gave me an order that they had stashed somewhere for 45 minutes. The food order tag showed that they had made the food 45 minutes before I showed up to pick it up, so they gave me soggy salad and room temperature chicken that was just sitting out on a counter somewhere.I'm not the kind of person to post one star reviews, but don't waste your time at this Zaxby's. I love me some Zax but the staff at this location are far more interested in joking around with each other than cleanliness or food safety.

Staff is extremely rude. The entire team laughed when I called the “cheddar bites” by the wrong name. I over heard them mocking me through the speaker. When we arrived to the window she failed to address me at all and simply stated my total. She rolled her eyes when I requested a singular sauce. The dressing for our house salad was not provided. That is an extremely important part of a SALAD. Both households involved will not return to this location. I am conventionally so friendly when interacting with employees in their position. So sad because this is right down the road from my home. We used to love this Zaxbys :(

This was the rebuilt Zaxby's on Old Fort in Murfreesboro. We have been disappointed, in recent months, with Zaxby's in general. Had been our go to fast food restaurant for years. We gave them one more try, ordering take-out. The Grilled House Salads were excellent. The restaurant was not busy at all. Hopefully their business traffic will pick up. We will be back.

Just left and the employees were clearly focused on playing around and not working. I had to repeat my order multiple times because they were more interested in having their own conversations. Multiple cars left the drive thru as I almost did too because they were taking so long. I would understand being slow if they were short staffed but they were not as about 5 of them were crowded around the drive thru window. I did not like my food at all. My salad had a pound of cheese on it and a sprinkle of lettuce.

Me and my fiance got dinner from here a day ago and my fiancé ordered the Zaxby’s club meal, I got the traditional buffalo wing meal. My bf asked for tomatoes on his sandwich and they put rotten tomatoes on it. You could smell the sourness of the tomatoes. My wings were cold, probably because they got the orders mixed up somehow and left mine sitting forever, only to give me the wrong order and me having to tell them it wasn’t my order. The fries were old and way over seasoned. I tried calling yesterday and no one answered and today when I tried calling again no one answered yet again.

Today, Wednesday February 16 at 1:12 pm, Cashier: Delacihe, a heavy set black male, was extremely rude over the drive-thru speaker and at the window. He was consistently talking with co-workers and interrupting me while attempting to place my order. Once we pulled up to the window, he handed us our food before we even paid.

It was a horrible experience, is a new building very clean but they aren't organized, the manager wasn't communicating right with the employees, and orders messed up. My food was sitting at the counter for more than 10 minutes and when I asked about it, they checked if that was my order and said yes but didn't give it to me. Ordered @ 7:14pm and got my salad @7:35pm

We did not like the food. The place was really cute and clean. My husband didn't like his food. My sandwich was okay

Food nice and hot as we journey to visit my sister. The team was very helpful as well and attentive to our needs.
