Every time I or someone I know orders wing stop, they are closed. We order around lunch or dinner online, and it says the stores are open and order is complete. Here’s the thing the store won’t be open. Yes we would call, but no one picks up the phone. This has happen a few times.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They mixed 3 different flavors of boneless wings into 2 containers, essentially getting mild sauce mixed in with the plain and BBQ making 4 out of 5 peoples food ruined. A call to the manager of the store was met with 3 different contradicting lies and no resolution leaving me out almost $90 and still needing to feed 4 more people

If i could give a -1 star i would! The wingstop on s Rutherford in Murfreesboro tn is beyond unprofessional, horrible customer service and a very poor representation of the brand! I have never in my life experienced the lack of common sense and professionalism with a restaurant like this one! Not only was half my order missing that i ordered online and paid over $60 for and was delivered by DoorDash but when drove immediately to the store to get the rest of the order , “ rudeness and just outright bs” is what was given and just wanted to say callDoorDash thats not on us we packed it all! WellU also put a seal on the bag and if food was taken out of the bag the seal would have been broken but instead of someone trying to hear what was even missing or caring they just wanted to say it wasnt them and be done with it! This location needs to be shut down and revamped and needs to be retrained!!!! Corporate will definitely be aware and should have never ordered but will never order again from this location again, was told not to order from this location by others but didnt listen but hard lesson learned!!!!’

Called cause we didn’t know if they were open, which is my fault ig but online it said they were. Anywho, besides that whoever answered the phone had a really bad attitude. I’m not sure why. But that’s not how you talk to people. We were calling to double check. And based on all the reviews I’ve seen about this place I do not recommend even trying to come here. Because apparently the attitude is an on going thing. That is 100% not how you do customer service wether you’re closed or not.

I would get this review is zero if I absolutely had to. I called around 5 PM and asked for traditional wings with the bone in them. I am allergic to the breading of the boneless wings and immediately received a very hateful response from the worker named Amber. I didn’t realize that when you put in a call in order that the employee needs a phone number first and she responded very hateful to me when I told her that I wanted the veggie fries on the side instead of the real fries, and she repeated that she needed my phone number for some very rude way before continuing with my order. She then proceeded to tell me that the food will be done around 5:35 PM, so that is when I arrive to pick up the food. I then waited at the store until 6 PM. I am OK with waiting for the food if it was the proper food, but I am allergic to the breading and now I cannot eat the meal that I received. I called back to clarify my order with the same exact employee and she told me that I told her that I wanted the boneless wings. I believe the entire time I said traditional wings and I had to end up with a meal that I cannot even eat with a customer that was rude to me the entire time I was there. I have worked in mini customer service settings and the way I was treated by this employee is ridiculous considering I could have a major allergic reaction to the boneless wings. She did not seem to want to work with me to fix my order and proceeded to be rude. I will not be back.

I placed my order the day before the Superbowl for a certain time and I made there 20mins early and I sat and watched people come in who stated they placed their order 2.hrs ago for the same pickup time I had and got their order and left. I had to ask and remind them that I had placed my order the day before for the same time. I will never go there again.

Poor customer service. Everytime I attempt to order from this location there is always an issue. On a Friday, they had no cooks. Other times they were “closed” during the day. This place should just shut down due to its low staffing and unprofessionalism

Tonight was the first time I visited any Wing Stop. The butchy lady at the counter was very rude. No customer oriented service here. Needless to say this is the last time I ever set foot in a Wing Stop. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This wing stop never have any employees. My husband went to get wings there and employees were talking to customers about walking off the job. There was one lady there and no one answers the phones. This place need to just close until they get properly staffed. Very poor customer service

Today is 1/12/22. The time we visited is 12:05pm. We traveled from the Blackman area because you can't order online at this location and no one answers the phone, all to find out they're closed...one hour after opening time. No signs on the door or any form of communication...just a locked door. We need another location in Murfreesboro with people that really care about the brand. Or is this the reflection of the brand?
