I just sat in the drive thru for 10 min with no one in front of me and had to go inside because the girl that should've been working the window was outside on her phone. They had 4 employees inside and all but 1 were on their phones. I used to manage the one in Franklin and I know this is not the standard. I'll stick to Frothy Monkey and Starbucks.

This is the second time I have shopped at this location and have had to wait over 20 minutes in their drive-through. And this date they were not servicing breakfast. Very disappointed.

Always stop by when I go to Sam's Club! It's so much easier to access than the starbucks across the street, and the employees are always nice

I have very mixed feelings about White Bison. All my experiences at the White Bison in Franklin, TN have been amazing. Although in Murfreesboro, it has been a different story. I’ll start with the coffee. The coffee at White Bison is delicious and I would take it over nasty Starbucks any day. I love how White Bison is local and I do believe it is worth every penny you pay, food wise. The sandwiches are a great addition to go with your coffee. Now for the service. The Murfreesboro location has left me at times never wanting to go back. Half of the staff has attitudes when having to make you a sandwich or a coffee, or not knowing how to scan reward points etc. And I can understand being new and trying to figure things out. But this seems to happen with half of the staff almost every time I go.Now, on the other hand I want to compliment the good half of the staff. The ones who know what they’re doing, make me feel comfortable and not like I’m some chore because they have to make a sandwich or coffee that I’m paying for. Again, half is made up of very sweet and helpful staff members, and the other half, I felt like I was a problem or a chore or ruining their day because I ordered something.I will say, that their app isn’t that great. I definitely purchased 7 coffees, and it said that I had just received a reward. I went to go redeem that reward the next day, and it wasn’t there, so I purchased another coffee. I really don’t want to take my business elsewhere, as I love the coffee, food and some of the staff, but it does get annoying.

I came here because the menu sounded promising for those of us who expect a certain quality of coffee. When I pulled up and saw it was in a gas station, I began to fear I'd made a mistake. I ordered an espresso, a pour-over, and a nitro to get the full range. It was much better than I feared. Despite the baristas knowing next to nothing about coffee and brewing, they somehow lucked into an excellent coffee experience. This is partly due to the automated pour-over which offered a consistently above average cup of coffee. However they seemed to be adept at espresso. The cold brew was smooth, and though I prefer a little more complexity in my nitro, it was quite passable.Examples of not knowing much about coffee (because I'm sure it seems offensive if any of them read this):The difference between single-origin and blendThe difference between roastery/supplier and style of roastAny knowledge of the roastery or age of beansThe number of grams associated with their pour-over machine/the volume or weight of the finished productAt some point I discovered asking any other questions of import would be met with an answer of doubtThey were all very friendly and courteous. It wasn't quick, but they have a lot to tend to.

Thanks for the conversation & great coffee ☕ loved the hot chicken biscuit ?

Ok coffee, drinks not mixed well. Employees didn't smile or even look up from their phones when we walked in, which was disappointing.

Great tasting coffee. I prefer them over Starbucks. Their breakfast all day is awesome. Had their sausage, egg, cheese on ciabatta bread + a hot chicken biscuit for lunch.

Just ordered and food was great as always! Although there was only one worker and he was brand new, so he was doing his best but i could tell he was stressing and i felt very bad for him:(

Iced Coffee was great!!!!
