Can't complain about anything... Staff was fast, friendly & helpful... Order was as quick as it could possibly be especially when getting a 50 piece family order of chicken nuggets fresh out of the fryer... Reward points are awesome... Frosty's are perfection as always... ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE... 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I tried the Big Bacon Cheddar combo with a side of chili. I was planning to get it to go but the drink cup was so small. I dined in for free refills. The chili was good as usual. The Big Bacon Cheddar burger was pretty good and had a tasty sauce on it. The dining room could have been a tad cleaner. They were out of napkins and had to wait at the counter for some. One of the two fancy drink machines seemed to be out of something but I could get my Diet Dr Pepper from the other.

Breakfast time at 0810 in the morning. Ordered a number 3 with coffee. Girl, between 18-25 years of age, brown long hair and thin sounded none too pleased about working in the morning. She gave me my breakfast with no follow-on questions...like if I wanted cream or sugar. I was given neither. I left and had to return to ask for them and a stir stick. She was so unpleasant that she refused to attend to me as she told a co-worker to see to my needs. I just wanted 2 cream and 2 sugars. She proceeded to give me 5 packets of pink sweetener and 4 creams with no way to stir it. This is basic stuff. I returned the unneeded condiments. I used to be a Wendy's manager some 25 years ago and am surprised how bad customer service has become. Too simple to fix and yet that girl is probably giving out bad service day in and day out without any regard to unit costs of items.

Food is sub-par, usually cold or thrown together messily. Wouldn’t be as big of a deal if the service made up for it, but it’s even worse. I sit in the drive thru line for a minimum of 10min every time I come, regardless of how many people are there. Sat for 10 today waiting to pick up a mobile, then went inside and waited for another 15. Employees did not even acknowledge me at the counter until I flagged them down, and they weren’t busy. They were chatting and milling around with 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 people in the lobby. Lazy and rude employees who need to get it together.

Ordered online and it says pull through drive-thru and let us know you have a mobile order and when I got there they tell me I need to come inside to get my food, never eat at this Wendy’s ridiculous.

Went in at 3 pm on a Thursday. Door locked on one side. See people eating a ordering food. Go to the other side it’s open. I walk in they say oh we closed the lobby. I look around and see people in there eating and ordering food. I say but there are people in here. She said well we only have 4 people clocked in so we locking the doors. I turn around as they lock the door and I said maybe some signs would help. You cannot lock customers in to the dining area. That is a fire hazard and a big liability. And they fact that they didn’t care or even think about that is shocking.

ONLY reason I gave a star is because you have to in order to leave review. Stopped here on our way home Wednesday night and my dad found not ONE BUT TWO bread ties in his burger. One right after the other. Not sure if we got a burger intended for someone else who had maybe made an employee mad or what, because I do not see how this could've been an accident. It was very deliberate. There was no issue when placing our order. We didn't make anyone mad. I'm not sure how to share a photo with my review or I definitely would! We have emailed and called but have yet to have anyone reach back out to us.

Tge staff was extremely welcoming and I'm new to the area , my visit was well received!!! I've forgotten the nice young lady that waited on me but it was around 1pm she was on the register on 12.10.21 excellent service ?

My boyfriend and I came here today while Black Friday shopping and had the worst fast food experience ever. I myself work in fast food and understand the struggles of being short on staff, but the manager handled things very unprofessionally. She messed several peoples orders up, told the line she couldn’t take orders until they weren’t backed up anymore, and got an attitude with customers. She changed the trash without washing her hands and handling people’s food and even told a toddler to move out of her way. She was very disrespectful and I will not be eating here anymore. The other employees did well and were very nice to us.
