If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was picking up a mobile order. It was around 9 pm. I waited in the drive thru to just say I was picking up a mobile order for about 20 minutes. Then, when I pulled up to the window, I waited for ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. Now, I'm an understanding person when it comes to customer service (I work retail, so I get it), but they didn't have the decency to even apologize for the wait or try to explain it. And, had I not already paid for my food on the app, I would've left.
Long wait times... I was in the lobby two people were waiting on food three of us were waiting to order 15 minutes later one person still waiting on food three of us waiting to order. 5 minutes later the manager emerges and asked why I'm looking in the back well ma'am I'm looking for service.She hurriedly took the two people order in front of me and proceeded to make me wait another 10 minutes while she stood there greeting customers and telling the customers waiting that they were waiting on "Fresh meat"I can't tell you how the food was because I left.. I honestly felt she would try to sabotage my order I did not feel comfortable.And as I walked out the door I know it's the same guy that was standing there waiting on his food as I walked in the door.. he looks sad you look hungry and he was still waiting.
Terrible customer service, won't accept that they gave someone a wrong order and just simply refund them they only want to offer food back at a different day. Well that doesn't exactly work when you don't live anywhere near the location but whatever that's fine as well. I'll just pay $12 and get no food and leave a one-star review for my $12 instead
Definitely the worse experience. Was told they no longer serve the Jr. Bacon cheese burger on the four for four and no one explained why until I drove all the way home(almost 30 minutes) and looked in the bag to realize it was a Jr cheese. Called to the place, and someone said it's been off the menu for a month... but then went back up and someone told me differently and said smartly "it's been on the menu, didn't you not see it??" Knowing I specifically said "Jr bacon cheese burger." It was so unprofessional and the workers need to go back into training for their professionalism. It was really disrespectful and it's like none of the people in that building cared or even really wanted to do their job.
Waited in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes… waited at the speaker for 10 minutes.. got to the window.. 5 workers!!! One girl on FaceTime yelling the whole time next to the girl who was working the window.. lazy kids!! Want to get paid for doing NOTHING. Want to know why people don’t want to work anywhere? PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!WENDYS GET A BETTER TEAM!!! NOT JUST BANDAIDS!!!
Just like any other Wendy’s, I also appreciate that they rarely get my order wrong. However, the drive thru is INCREDIBLY slow. Every time I come here I always see at least one car leave. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes.
Over 30 minutes in the drive through, my burger was undercooked. It's been a while since I've stopped here because the drive through is always backed up. I considered it might be due to lack of staff, but they had plenty of employees back there, it just seemed disorganized and chaotic.
I tried orderin biscuits this morning and the manager (I am assuming that is who it was) was rude about that they didn't have enough to fill my order and that it would be an additional time to wait. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting but with how her attitude was, it wasn't worth the wait. She asked if I wanted 1 less. If I only wanted 5, not 6, wouldn't I have asked for that?
I am not a good person to ask how a fast food restaurant was. Because I do not like fast food. But sometimes I have just a minute to get lunch. Wendy’s is better than some.
It would be nice to post a sign when the lobby is closed and drive through only . You lost my business today because of no dine in option .
