The drive through is fast, but there’s one particular lady who was working it the past 2 times I came by and she was cold and bitter. I even smiled and said thank you and she stared at me. When telling a manager that politely, he didn’t seem like he cared and had coworkers snickering in the background as if it was funny. This is what happens when kids don’t want to work…
Great place if you like cold hamburgers, poor customer service with sarcastically rude workers. Did I mention they didn’t get the order right either? This was the night shift crew. I hear the day shift does a better job for what it’s worth.
Super super slow. Filthy inside. No napkins etc at condiment bar. The cashier takes 1 order then stands and waits for the food. Doesn't help next in line or even get the drinks. 10 minutes to order and it's been 15 minutes already waiting on the food. Pathetic, will never return. Fast food is a joke!
My fries were fresh, my burger was juicy and my sweet tea was amazing. The only complaint I have is that I did not get to eat it because my mom's dog that a hold of it LOL other than that, I will always come to Wendy's
Dave's Double was a bust. Meat dry and is chili meat strong a bun. Fries are greasy and not good at all. Where are Wendy's high quality standards? Definitely not at this Memorial Blvd Murfreesboro, TN location. This store Definitely won't get my business again
My new favorite fast food breakfast- sausage egg biscuit and free drink with any breakfast sandwich purchase. I asked for small and it was medium, delicious and free!
I had to have quick meal for a bunch of guys that my husband plays bluegrass with on occasion. Called our local Wendy's to make sure they had enough Chilli. When I got there the manager had everything ready, plasticware, napkins bagged and ready to go. A nice employee helped me out to the car. The service was great and the Chilli yummy!
Im not a regular but from tge times i have gone...Memorial- Wait and food is good but they always mess up my plain with cheese order with everything on it.? Church- food is sometimes cold and the wait is long. None the less, I appreciate being able to grab a burger and fries and thank you workers for showing up.
Typical fast food place, always crowded at with not enough employees to handle the volume of customers! food is ok lack luster employees young ones and older ones! But I love there salads more than a fancy restaurant! So I will go there even tho all Wendy's need a deep cleaning ! It always smells like they need to use fresh mop water and fresh water for the rags they clean there tables with! Seems like they use the same dirty water which has a sour stinky scent!!!!?? what's up with that Wendy's in Murfreesboro Tennessee (Both locations)
At drive thru window a sign reads "Express Window".... It wasn't, but the breakfast was awesome!The maple bacon chicken croissant was mouth watering, sweet and tender w/a lil crisp.The Baconater combo.... All the meats, cheese and egg you could want and still not get food coma. The sliced tater wedges were a godsend. Fresh and crispy.We'll definitely return.
