The food is well prepared, hot , and fresh.
This is one of those rare waffle house where the two people on the night shift gave the impression they didn't mind being there. The server Emily was great. Took care of all the customers like they were special. The cook, I think his name was Fred, did a great job of preparing my food. Both interacted with customers. Rare indeed.
I don't ever post reviews but ....I love it when employees have excellent customer service skills. You don't see that too often anymore.Emily took my order over the phone and was very polite and well mannered. Outstanding enough for me to leave a review!
Waffle House is always my go to when I travel for work. Good service n food. This one especially. Its always better if the waitress is cute n sweet.
LOVE this location!! Warmly greeted when we walked in. Staff was in great spirits, worked well together. Jojo our waitress was super sweet. We'll be back.
Emily here was amazing with her service, was greeted immediately, food was made to order and everything was correct! This location has a 100 times better of an experience than the one down the street, highly recommend the short extra drive to come to this one over another location.

The servers were very busy on Christmas Day.A guy named Brian was just standing there and refused to serve the customers.Referred to one of the customers as "BRO" and stated that he didn't want to help the customer.The waitress was very busy I tipped her 10$Brian gave me an attitude so I had to gather my family and leave because of his disrespect.
The low rating is for how rude and obnoxious the cook was when we went in at 5 am. He was telling his whole life story (including numerous explicit words) so loud that we couldn't even enjoy our own time, conversation or the potentially yummy breakfast.
It was the best patty melt we have had in a while. The staff were awesome.
