I've had my share of bad Waffle House But this location is the worst I have ever hadThe waffles did some kind of weird lip thing like it was to half cook waffles put together Ordered my eggs over mediumThey were over easyMy sausageWas dry and tasted overcookedSide of bacon I ordered for my daughterWas so overcook it just fell apartAt the touchWhich the waitress didRemove the bacon from my orderAnd gave me a replacement equally as burntBacon to replace itAnd had ordered myGirlfriend a to go sandwich to bring home to herThe chicken was dry overcookedAnd on the wrong bread they put it on a bun it was supposed to be Texas toastMelt
Very lazy management. Went in for breakfast and saw there was one cook. The cook then asked for the manager to assist and she just sat in the back room. Will not go back and support a store whose management doesn’t support the employees
Screwed up my toast Serve me grits that were lumpy I had to pull all the lumps out served me frozen butter have you ever tryed to put frozen butter and grits or on a waffle somebody needs to wake up
This is the first full family vacation in years. All the way to TN we talked here and there about eating at a Waffle House. The food was amazing. Best thing about the experience was our waitperson Delta. She is fabulous!!! She took great care of our family and was so attentive to our grandkids, talking to them and making them feel at ease. If you want a great place to eat, go to Waffle House and see Delta!!!
Service could be better. Cook saved the day cause the food was excellent ? ?
Sat down with the baby girls for 25 minutes, was not even acknowledged by the staff or brought water or anything. Waitress walked by us twice without saying a word, location was not even busy as there was more staff than tables. Not going back to this location again, the one down the road had SO much better service after. Emily girl was our saving grace, because my bestie had 10 minutes before she went hangry.
Took my grandson for breakfast > he was excited to spend his dollar on the jukebox.One of the servers went and unplugged it.She then proceeded to make a lot of noise moving chairs.Our bacon was brought to the table first then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the rest.Chocolate chip waffles mean the chips are in the waffle.First and last time at this " new" place.
Staff friendly, good clean environment, but we ask for 1 special to split between myself and husband and we ordered scrambled eggs ? raisen toast, medium well done Hash browns, it comes with a waffle and 2 sausage! Ok she told him the order and in 4 minutes ? ? which was SUPER FAST TO US our food came back and we got regular toast not raisen, over easy eggs not scrambled, RAW sausage, and NO WAFFLE AT ALL and Barley cooked hash browns!??? so basically he cooked the way he wanted too!! ? it was 5am I know staffing shortages and they are over worked but come on really! It was 4 people there you really could have taken your time to get it right! Very disappointing!!! We just scattered the food around and left but service was really friendly so we didn't complain! No more chances! Look at the photos !? this is the waffle House on church and Rutherford across from car wash!!! More training for that cook please ??
The worst cooks of any waffle house in this town. Bacon covered in grill detritus and not tasting like bacon. I didn't even think that was possible.
Great! Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, restaurant was clean, service was quick and food was cooked weel, waffles were perfectly browned.
