Meatloaf was delicious and so where the real mashed potatoes. Large portions and only 799 on lunch menu.
We wanted to try something new around the Murfreesboro area and we came across this place. Boy were we disappointed. The atmosphere is what you would expect, bar scene, so we understand the noise of people and TVs. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the bathrooms for sure. It seems every place put in their "cleanliness" during COVID and now we all just stopped caring completely. Food was for sure bland so most of the reviews are correct there. Staff could use some training for sure on quality control and keeping up on drinks.
I ordered the chicken and waffles, went there after church. expect that the food would be fresh!!! it was hot it just seemed like it happened sitting under one of those warming lights.. for a good while, the food was not crispy and fresh at all. my chicken taste like it was just battered and fried and old grease and the waffle was like something somebody made at home nothing special not something I will order again from them!!
Have been coming to the restaurant every time we are in town. Which is quite often. Loved it until we have an awful experience with the manager and seating staff. We told the seating attendant that we were going to the bar to have a drink, they said that they called our name but we could not here because of music and hustle and bustle of a Friday night. Such a shame that they are sooooo rude!!! I have never in my 52 years have ever been treated so badly. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered the Traditional Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash brown casserole with toast. It took awhile to receive the food and when it came it was cold. Not to mention the scrambled eggs was all scrambled crumbs with no taste. (You would have been better off eating them with a spoon)I asked if I could send it back for hot food and they did. It came back right away still scrambled crumbs with no taste. The hash brown casserole came back hot (it was all obviously microwaved) with no taste as well. The bacon was chewy and the toast was cold. It was the worst breakfast plate I've ever had. I explained the problem to the waitress and she said she would take it off my bill. Well my ticket came back and they only took $5 off the bill. I totally felt like I wasted my time and money. I will NEVER go back.
Went to two J's for brunch. Wonderful experience. Manager was Tori and waited on by Leah. Friendly, personable and had a great time with friends there. Love this place.
The rudest staff I have ever experienced!! Even suggested this restaurant to our customers and friends. They also had a bad experience. They said the staff was very rude as well. I hate it because we have gone there numerous times and had good waitresses and decent food. But whoever the manager was and greeting staff on Friday night July 15th should be fired. We will not be dining here again in the future!
First time eating here. Cheese burger sliders were just meat, cheese and bread. Not really much flavor. Girlfriends streak was rare and she asked for medium. Not much flavor to it as well. Cocktail's were also expensive. It's a shame because the tots appetizer was delicious. But not worth going back for just for that.
Waiting a long time to order a drink. Waitress told our group in bar area we weren't aloud to put more than 3 table's together. The place was empty. We had a group of eleven. Again charged me 20% on the bill and the waitress said the manager won't let us put one more table together so we all squeezed in . food was fair. Service fair. A tiny glass of house charannay $12. Not good either. This place doesn't rate $12 wine prices. .you decide would you go there?
