I have been coming here for several years, and I have only had great experiences. The food and customer service are usually top notch. Portions are large, they have a good spicy range, and I love their red curry.Nothing beats their fried tofu, either! I always pair it up with squid.

Our dinner and service were excellent! We had Pho soup, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Broccoli Chicken & Rice w Spring Rolls on the side. Everything was great. The Pho was surprisingly filling! The meals as for cost was $$ out of $$$, but you definitely get what you pay for!! I would definitely go here again! The eating area is on the smaller side so you may want to watch what time you go if you prefer not to be around a lot of people. We were 1 out of 2 parties in the dining room when we went.

I literally drive 40 mins one way just to satisfy my taste for their Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. Its always fresh, hot and delicious.

Fresh Thai food. The best in TN.

Great selection and delicious food! Sometimes a wait, but very worth it.

I have been eating here for close to 6 years and this was the first time I felt so bad eating here. The Pad Thai smelt stale and one of the vegetables used was smelling bad. The Mango Bubble tea was awful, the boba was not cooked and was chewy without any flavor (of course you need to cook it and then soak it in flavoring, and since this was not cooked we can't expect to have any flavor). Very disappointed!

What a delightful experience great food , nice spice and enormous portions. Definitely coming back!!

The ThaiTea was great but both my wife and my meals were okay. Nothing special but still enjoyable.

Really was hoping for a great Thai place close to home, but no dice. I ordered the Massaman curry, pad Thai, summer rolls, and satay Kai chicken. The curry was soupy and far from a creamy consistency with any kind of body, taste was ok, but nothing that great. Pad Thai and summer rolls were ok, but the satay chicken was embarrassing(see photo of the last of four identical pieces). They charged an additional $1-1.50 above the listed menu price online, except for the satay. May be a good place for college kids to get a quick bite, but the portions, prices and quality don’t add up. If you’re looking for good Thai, this isn’t it.

I ordered my regular pad Thai that I’ve ordered a dozen times and I’ve always said no veggies. This time, I only said no sprouts/green onions since that’s all I had ever seen on pad Thai and I assumed that I would receive the same order I have the past dozen times. Well I got my order, tipped $5 and went to my car. I checked it to sneak a bite before heading home to find onions and carrots which I had never seen before and didn’t know to not ask for them. When I politely asked if it could be remade since I’ve never had that issue before, they declined and said there was nothing they could do. I’ve been going there since I moved to town and WOULD have continued to go there for years since it’s in my neighborhood. I was surprised by their crappy customer service and their ability to not even try to make it right. So they took my $20, didn’t try to make it right and lost a lifetime customer. The young girls there need a lesson in customer service. Your short sided decision cost your restaurant hundreds a year for decades.
