0 or minuses if I could for customer service. We have no idea how the food tastes like but the customer service is the worst. We ordered by Uber Eats and came to pick up, they said someone was take it and told us they will make the order in 7 minutes. We came back but they refused to make the order again. They said either we make the new order or come back home call for Uber Eats to get our money back. Why would they just make the order and take the money instead of making everything so complicated? I have no idea what the food like but we never come back.
Great food, consistent quality, packaged well too travel home on our to go orders. Super friendly service.

I’ve been coming to Thai Pattaya for months but am only just now getting around to leaving a review. I can assure that says nothing of the quality’s food and service here, both of which are excellent. It’s a very warm atmosphere and our server knows our faces and usual orders already. The food is reasonably priced for the quality, and my recommendations are the Papaya Salad, the Tamarind Duck, and the Duck Pho, which is, without reservation, the best pho I’ve ever had.For many dishes they’ll let you select the spice level, I’d recommend starting at 2 or 3 if you enjoy spicy foods. Go lower on the cold dishes, higher on the warm ones.I love this place, and will doubtlessly be back.
I was at the car dealership and looking up places in town to eat. I decided to eat some PHO. Did some research online. Decided this was the place to eat. I'm glad I made the decision. It was one of the best PHO I had in a while. Waiter was so nice and chill. What a great first experience at THAI PATTAYA!
Service was excellent. I had the Tom Kha soup, it was okay but a little watery/bland for my taste. We split some pork dumplings which were great. My friend had pad Thai which he enjoyed. The price was very reasonable.
Excellent food for decent price. They listen when it comes to spicy. Really nice place.
Was excited to eat here. But no service. We sat at the table while staff talked on the phone and fiddled with laptops. Only custoners in the place and could not get service. Used to love it, now I won't be back.
I love Thai Pattaya! They have the best food. I always order the red chicken curry with two sides of white rice and it is always so good. The sticky rice and papaya salad are incredible. Truly love the customer service. Kevin is such a great server, very personable and has a great upbeat energy. He is also incredibly attentive to his tables. Definitely recommend this restaurant. The owners are so kind and wonderful people. Family oriented, great atmosphere, great service, great food!
