We went here yesterday on our girls day out & had a WONDERFUL server. Brandy - with a Y she says. never had to ask for a refill - girl was on it and she was a delight. The food was amazing and I WISH we knew what brand of coffee is used here because it was ON POINT. Had the best experience.
The place was packed! Busy as I’ve ever seen it! But somehow the service was top notch!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Brandy with a “y” was our server and she was amazing! We literally had 28 people in our party and we never went without from drink order to appetizer to dessert! She was absolutely professional while also treating us like her best friends ? this world needs more awesome people like Brandy! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for an absolutely amazing dinner experience and the best server we have ever had. The wait was most definitely worth the experience and we will continue to eat at this location for years to come!
Surprised by the quality of service and food. Portions were still large and the prices were still acceptable. In this time of inflation and post pandemic America, service quality and prices have not stayed parallel. Prices have gone up and service quality has gone down. But not here. They are staying competitive and offering decent value. Service was excellent.
I have been to this Texas roadhouse several times but none of my visits have been spectacular. This past visit will probably be my last. I arrived at 4:30pm so the restaurant wasn't quite at capacity, but was filling. The amazing rolls that we were expecting were cold and hard...sad but not a deal breaker. We didn't really need the rolls anyway. My wife and I both ordered steaks. Medium rare. It made me nervous when the server asks to really check them because she doesn't think they were at the right temperature. Her instincts were right. They were not medium rare. They were still raw. She promptly took them back. We waited around 15 minutes at least. Long enough for the table to order and receive their food before we got our steaks back. They were cold already....but at least we're at one point cooked to the right temperature. At that point we finished our extra sides and loaded up the steaks in a carry out box. The whole experience was just kind of sad.
Great food. Fair pricing. Friendly staff. Very clean. Has that typical southwest, down to earth feel to it like you would expect. My only hesitation on recommending this particular location is that it is always really crowded, especially for dinner. Even with a small party. I would never try to go here with a large party. However, that just indicates how popular it is.

Super busy but I've never been to one that isn't. We joined the wait list online so we did not have a wait at all, the food was amazing as always. The waitress seemed stressed and didn't engage with us very much at all which is understandable since they were busy but definitely seemed like she did not want to be there or be serving us.
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time! Usually you get one or the other when you don’t have the best experience (good waiter/bad food or good food/bad waiter) but this time I got both! First let’s start with the waiter she was HORRIBLE!!! She acted as if she was in a rush for us to place our orders then my husband asked for his tea with no ice she brought him a tea with ice and the 2 refills after! She brought meals out incomplete, she never asked if the food was good or if we needed anything, when we were able to catch her we had to ask twice for the same thing then she would return and just throw it down! She definitely treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her! Next up was the food and it was DRY and DISGUSTING (my camera made it look better than it appeared)! I asked for medium well steak (beef tips) but they were well done and burnt! My toddler got the steak bites and he couldn’t even bite it let alone chew it and we eat steak just about everywhere we go! I added ribs as a side kick and all the sauce in the world couldn’t make them taste better! It was just horrible and I hate my family encountered this experience tonight because we love their rolls but if this is the service we will receive we won’t be back.
