I am a fan of the Mexican pizza and I was happy to hear they were bringing it back. I had to try it and see if it tasted as good as I remembered. First visit-This store did not seem prepared for the influx of people. I posted a picture of their pizza in an advertisement and then of the actual pizza I received. You can tell that mine does not look like the advertisement. The pizza was good in spite of its appearance. I am giving this location 3 stars because of the long wait and originally being told they had no more pizzas after placing my order. While I was waiting for a refund I was told by a different representative they had more pizzas and I didn't have to cancel my order. Hopefully the long waits and inventory shortages will be resolved. Again I am to happy to see the Mexican pizza back on the Taco Bell menu.
Food was great and the service could not have been better. The young lady came to our rescue when we were trying to order off the kiosk which is not easy to use when you don't like that kind of service and was delightful and smiling and took our order and was very nice while doing so. In our day in time an employee who does this is rare. Will stop there again as we pass there often just because of her.
Just left the newly renovated Taco Bell on Church St in Murfreesboro. Will not go back. Couldn't get anyone to take your order finally ask for someone to take order and was informed that the people over there are food preparers not order takers and this is a kiosk only store. Then the couple in front if me took 25 minutes to get there food and it was messed up. Mine took 20 minutes it was correct. Then there was no ice no napkins and the manager didnt know anything. The lady behind me took 20 minutes to get her food and they messed her order up as well. Then there was another family behind her and it took 20 minutes to get there food and it was wrong. I timed each order. This crew was very disheveled. They need more training and donr need to be there alone. Terrible service
This taco bell was just remodeled on the inside and was our first time inside since. Looks very nice. Now there are four order kiosks over some one taking your order at the counter (at least when we arrived at 7pm on Monday). A little different but we had no issue. It did take a while for the order to come out but they were very busy. The orders were correct. Over all we have had good experiences here.
Newly remodeled, this is now solely Taco Bell, have no fear pizza lovers as Pizza Hut now has their own building located next to Subway, just a couple buildings away. The remodel on Taco Bell looks great. They've also added a new drive-thru for mobile order pick-up, but still have a traditional drive-thru (that was not open on my last visit but that was two weeks ago so hopefully that's changed by now). The food has not changed, so don't worry Taco Bell lovers out there! Prices are still pretty high, if not a little higher* I'm not the biggest fan of Taco Bell but that has no bearing on my review. I know plenty of people who love it, my wife included!
I ordered 2 BEEF burritos no rice add sour cream. I DID NOT receive that.The food I received were 2 burritos with nacho cheese, BEANS, and sour cream.Last I checked a beef burrito has BEEF on it.I have been trying to reach the store to resolve this issue since 2pm, it is now 530pm and no one has answered the phone.
Taco Bell has gone way down hill. Sub standard food quality. And staff didn't get order right.
Over $35 for 2 crunch wraps a personal pizza and bread sticks. The crunch wraps tasted like stale taco shell and darn near no meat in any of them(or meat in taco's) and the pizza tasted old and bread sticks where so hard I could of knocked somebody out with them. this is the new vegetarian version of taco bell I suppose because none of them had any meat. I will make sure anybody I know will not return to taco bell no value for your purchase. Ended up not eating all of it because it was so badWhat happened taco bell you used to be good now your overpriced and get nothing for it
This is only for the drive thru. Employe was catching with a long time acquaintance/Friend or a regular customer for an extended long conversation.I truly only wanted your bread sticks.
The bathrooms were atrocious. The tables were dirty. The employees unenthused to be there.
